Here's a challenging question. Imagine an ant crawling on a circular rubber band that is 1 meter in circumference. Each time the ant crawls 1 cm, we stretch the circumference of the band by 1 meter. Does the ant ever make a round trip?

However, logically, the ant will finish the round. After all, it's going in circular motion, not a straight line, meaning it, at some point, would have passed the starting point.

I am normally very straighforward with a solution when it comes to dealing with disagreements. I don't like making the process any longer than it has to be. The first thing I usually do is explain my understanding and point of view so I can see what the problem is. I stay away from people who turn small issues into a big deal. Unnecessary problems are a pain that no one should have the displeasure of experiencing.

Ideally, both parties should deal with the situation in a calm and collected manner away from curious ears. The faster we reach the agreement, the better.
