Do you know that feeling when you KNOW the other person is wrong and when you tell them they deny it? The worst part? They know they are wrong too. What's even worse is that they think, because they're the authority figure, they have every right to disrespect you and that is completely false.

I exercise 3-4 times a week and I try to eat as healthily as I can.

I try to avoid stress.... HAHAHAHA no but honestly, if you time yourself and prioritise you'll be OK. Playing with my cats is a huge stress reliever.

Don't do drugs?

Why didn't you? You would have saved yourself a big headache. Anyways, what's done is done.

I would suggest you being direct, you tell her exactly what happened and how guilty you're feeling. The most important thing is honesty here as well as sincerity. But also be gentle at the same time. So really, to stop my babbling, sit her down, make her coffee or something and start of by saying sorry and saying everything that happened. Apologise again and gauge her reaction.

It does give them "another life" but it still separates people from communicating personally. Talking in person is much more difficult, you aren't anonymous and you have to word thibgs carefully, all while maintaining acceptable body language.

I would take personal communication over social media any day.

I see where my state has the highest taxes in the US. But yet we rank last in quality of roads, the education system, and health care. But the politicians always become multimillionaires in a few short years. Would this be a clue, to where the money is going?

Politicians are greedy. Some may be honest, but what's the point when their job requires them to be charismatic to the point of lying. It means that Congress is taking the larger portion of taxes and using it, probably, not fund their own political interests that the public doesn't know about.
