Share some words that you love please Anything. A quote, song lyric, book excerpt etc.

Ahh so many so many, but my two absolute favourite ones (that spring to mind at least right now) are:
"The creatures outside looked from pig to man, then from man to pig, and pig to man again. Already it was impossible to say which was which..." -George Orwell, Animal Farm
Sounds comedic but given the context it was an absolutely chilling end to a beautifully written story.
and:
"Quotation is a serviceable substitute for wit." - Oscar Wilde
Irony at it's best.

why do you find people with mental health issues using apps to help them “strange”?

No strange. Strange was the wrong word to use and I apologise. I think it might be impractical if the apps are not made or approved by a professional psychiatrist. They could do more harm than good to people suffering from mental illness.
But if you are using one and you're seeing positive changes, by all means! All I'm pointing out is that some like to profit off of mental illness as it's not something that can be fully understood by someone who has not studied it medically and can help you get treatment. But if someone to talk to is all you need and that's what apps are providing, then sure.

Tell the story of meeting a friend of yours for the first time?

St. Petersburg MUN, the girl next to me was hilarious and it was our favourite pastime to make fun of the delegate from the US because he was a right bastard. We kept a tally sheet of how many times he repeated iconic phrases and how many times his chair fell over when he stood up (about 6 times). I miss her lmao, she was amazing for real.

How’s Ramadan in lockdown?

AlhamdulilAllah I'm in quarantine with my family so its nott so bad but we usually visit my grandma a city over and it feels really weird and quite sad that we can't have Ramadan with her. But, hey, I'm with my family so I can't complain.

Would you find it invasive if your doctor was calling you to check up on you? Why?

I mean it depends in the doctor and my relationship with him/her. My current one is a kind middle aged lady but she is extremely professional. I know she'll only call to check up if something was wrong. It that case, I don't see it invasive at all.
On the other hand, if the doctor who saw me in the emergency room a year ago called to "check up" thats pretty weird. I only saw you once, you don't have my full medical history like my GP does, and it was ages ago, why are you calling?
Pretty shit explanation I am so sorry, but thats the gist.

Do you work well under pressure?

Only too well. Apparently I procrastinate on purpose so I feel the pressure and do better. Though, of course, I miscalculate and reach the pressure stage where it's too much pressure and my brain nopes itself out of my head.

Tis true, the weather has been gorgeous. I'm feeling pretty good Anon. I deleted instagram and snapchat off of my phone and been focusing on being productive. I feel my mental health improving.

What is your most efficient way to feel the happiest for the longest time if you were short on money? *eating and drinking are not efficient ways in the long term.

NalZE7’s Profile Photoنبيل
I would say invest in things that make you happy long term, say a skill, or materialistic items like books. In short, working on yourself and appreciating what you have by making it better.
