When it comes to information on the internet, do you fact check the stories you read or do you assume they are, by nature, factual? What would cause you to fact check and what suggests a reliable source, in your opinion?

I don't fact check enough unfortunately :(
I want to trust journalism. It's an incredibly important job in my opinion, and so I trust news sources to give me proper facts, but I read more than one to see things from different angles.
This is not very scientific, but my gut feeling tells me if something doesn't sound right :)

What culture, other than your own, interests you? Explain a bit about it.

Many spring to mind but the most prominent would be: Russian, Japanese, and Indian cultures.
Russian culture feels incredibly mystical to me. The music, the folklore, the clothes, and ballet. I feel like it's a wonderful blend of beauty and strength. My favourite composer on the planet is Tchaikovsky and thanks to him, I understood the true value of music.
I've loved Japanese culture since I was 10. Anime was a huge part in my childhood and it was my gateway into learning more about the culture. What strikes me the most wonderful about it is the practicality and the amazing manners of Japanese people. Nothing goes to waste and it's beautifully innovative!
The Indian culture just straight up makes me so happy. The colours, the beautiful clothes, the energetic music, the amazing history of India and the fOOD OH MY GOODNESS. Amazing place.

What do you mean by slow down? Does it bother you?

I mean that the inside of my head is like a busy motorway. I never just stop and think. Or stop and enjoy for a little while. I feel guilty if I do that because I tell myself "relaxing is not productive" or "isn't there a better use for your time than just admiring something?". I consistently think there is an outside pressure telling me to pick up the pace, even though I already do things very quickly.
So I thought to put those stupid anxiety-filled thoughts to rest, I'll just train myself to notice more details. It does the trick. I still get to stop and take a breather, enjoy my 'my' time at a slower pace while simultaneously training myself to notice more details.

Funny you should ask that. I've been training myself to slow down lately, so I forced myself to notice small details.
So yes I do, I don't compliment myself often, but I know I have an observant eye. However, I forget them the next day. I knly remember these details if they particularly stood out to me or if they were part of thr conversation.

Do you have a Sunday roast on a Sunday? If so what's your favourite part of it?

We have a Friday roast instead here xD. My favourite part is my dad reminding us that my 2-year old sister is his favourite child and when we ask her, "do you love baba?" she says "no" with the utmost confidence :)

Do you think there’s some agenda behind the lockdown and forcing people to wear masks?

They have to change the batteries in the ducks, the true spies.
