Ahmad I swear you're prodding in my mind. Get out!!1! It's not fun!1!1!! But there are days, weeks sometimes, but then I find a new boom to read and its all cured :)
I am a ball of contradiction, Ahmad. I love being alone, and doing things in isolation but my god do I wish that sometimes, only sometimes, I can do it with someone else. I am not a trsuting person by nature but hey, of you do win my approval just lnow that I do want to spend time with you. It's just how it is.
I put the "ass" in "sass"Exhibit A: my friends and I were chilling during lunch and one of them was holding on to her wrapper. My other friend asked her why and without missing a beat I turn to the friend who asked and said "she is keeping her trash because she learnt that from her parents who kept her"I sported a lovely bruise for a week, I guess I deserved that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Zodiac, your questions are my favourite. I don't even know where to start with this. It's so thought-provoking, I love it. I think morality, in its most basic nature, is an actual thing. While humans can to be bloodthirsty savages, I think that instinctively we have the concepts of kindness, communication, and selflessness. Culture and the way we were brought up I think only emphasise on morality further and they serve as a means for us to remember or morality in all situations. For example, when you visit another country, you feel responsible for projecting your culture and ideologies in the best light so your moral compass is exceptionally good.I love love love this question. Thanks again, Zodiac!
Do you ever read books more than once? I never have, even when I've thoroughly enjoyed them. I think this is partly because my to read list is so long.
I am in the exact same position, Michael. I re-read books of the same type as the new one I am going to read to get myself in tje mood for the new one.
Intelligent humour. Which is why I adore puns, sarcasm, and dry, savage wit. It's humour that has to come from a place of understanding and making a joke out of it. It's fucking brilliant.Respect and general etiqutte is up there too. The fact they acknowledge you as an equal intellectual partner no matter what is a green flag in my book.
If its my friends and loved ones have a dispute between themselves, I am not. With strangers, it highly depends on the situation. I pride myself in being rational so who you are is not going to change who is wrong.
Would you rather have your child grow up to be kind or smart?
Kind. Definitely kind. I would rather have a dumbass with a good heart than a smart kid with a shitty attitude. Manners get you further in life than how smart you are. People remember how you treated them.
As a single woman, what would you feel when a guy says "I know I don't deserve you, you're out of my league" to you? Do you think he is just making a fool out of himself in front of you? Do you mind when a guy says that, or do you find it irritating? How would it make you feel?
I find it irritating because it's so incredibly cheesy and it forces me to go all "Oh no, don't say that you're amazing too blah blah blah"Annoying as fuck. Please never say that to me. If I am talking to you and you to me then we are in each others "league," stop fishing for compliments.
No. It's like having a wrinkle free paper and then crumpling it up and then straightening out again. It's still flat, but not quite as it has once been.
Either/or questions could be pretty annoying, but just give it another try. Are you complicatedly simple or simply complicated? (Optional: how so? :P.)
Complicatedly simple. When it comes to me, people tend to overanalyse my actions when really, I am a very simple person. They think what I do is unpredictable but an observant person would see it from a mile away. It's hilarious.
