Do you know any ways to deal with grief constructively rather than destructively? Someone close to me is near passing away, and I'm having a bit of a hard time.

Hey Ems, my apologies for not answering this sooner.
To be honest, I am in a very similar situation to yourself. And they obly way I know how to deal with the situation is spending as much time with them as possible. Creating new memories with them. Bringing up old ones.
From a religious perspective: praying for them. To me, being spiritual calms me down and it gives me some type of reassurance. Of course medical help is needed, but praying never hurt anyone.

Someone you're friends with refuses or is hesitant to invite you to their home. What are the possible reasons to this?

They are private people or they are afraid of their family. In my case, I am the former. Inviting someone to my house is solidifying friendship and to me, it's scary as heck. Give it time.

عندى مشكله فى القدره على اتخاذ قرار و بتأثر بأراء اللى قدامى بدرجه كبيره جدا الموضوع بقى صعب و محتاج اخد خطوه انى اكون عندى شخصيتى اللى بتبدى ارائها بغض النظر سواء كانت صح او لا.. عندك اى نصيحه ليا

طبعا. أول شي: انت بتتأثر من مين؟ أهلك؟ أصحابك؟ ناس ما تعرفهم؟ التأثثر بأراء الناس مو شرط يكون شي مو كويس، بعضهم بيعطوا نصائح مفيدة لك.
الصعوبة في اتخاذ القرارات ما هي مشكلة جديدة. انت فكر في الأشياء الكويسة و المو كويسة في كل قرار و أمرك لله.
كون حازم و ناضج. الوضع ما هو صعب. و لا تخاف أو تشك في نفسك لأنو هتئذي نفسك.

Why the suffering is a necessary evil? If we consider the pain, misery, stress and shortage, among other evils, I always ask myself: why so much suffering is necessary? Can the human being avoid and cause less suffering?

Because the human species is too complex. But I guess we want suffering and hardship when achieving our goals so we can feel more proud of ourselves later on.
Going up the stairs is easy and you won't feel that proud. Break a leg, then go up, you'll feel like: "AHA, take that you stupid piece of concrete"

You don't understand how bad the situation is right now, I have a 12 hour layover and only four hours have passed 😭 it's terrible, Frankfurt is a huge airport and I've literally been to every single publicly open spot and I still have 8 hours I'm just trying to kill time by doing anything 😂

Santa Maria... you poor lost soul. Here are some suggestions:
If you're travelling with someone, talk their ears off. Buy cards, a few snacks, another game and play for a while. That should take about an hour.
Of course sleeping makes time fly.
If you're not travelling with anyone, find another lost soul like yourself and start a conversation or:
Buy a book, or ten.
Watch a movie/tv show if your laptop is with you.
Go shopping? Idk.
Go to anyone and try to learn German in 8 hours?
And, if you're really desperate, can you leave the airport and hang around in Frankfurt? 8 hours will fly super fast.

Well I finished a 500 piece puzzle yesterday.
I got 3 new books and the one I am currently reading is rather addictive.
My uncle came yesterday to visit and we had a blast.
My parents fought over cashews.
And now I am doing simple algebra equations because I feel like it.
One weird, yet amusing week. Thank you for asking ^-^.
