You don't have to mention it, I highly appreciate the existence of people like you. Keep doing whatever you're doing.

Why, thank you honorable Capocuoco :D
I am currently waiting... your employers are very busy people, no? But at least I spotted Gill and Jacques. Oh and I see Bubbles too, an exquisite aquarium, amico. Truly.

What kinds of actions can management take when disgruntled employees threaten to walk out of the company? As an employee, what are some ways that you can express your frustrations or concerns with management or company decisions?

For one, management should never push an employee to the point they threaten to walk out. But if it comes to that, I would say hearing things from their perspective and trying to understand why they're pissed off. One thing you should never do is bribe them with a raise. It'll only cause a chain reaction if other employees feigning butthurtedness.
Going straight to the head of the department and voicing my concerns and asking that something should be done about it. It really depends on my position in the company and how much influence I have. But it is a given rule of mine to never work in a company where I do not agree with their visions and decisions.

How important is training employees to a company's overall goals and strategies? If you were or are a manager, what type of training would you want to conduct for your employees and why?

Training is crucial. Absolutely crucial. Trained individuals know what the fuck they're doing.
Now if I were a manager, it depends on a two factors: the type of company I am working in and what department I lead. But overall, for all sects of any company, employees should be able to: handle stress, work in teams, work quickly and efficiently, creative, quick thinkers and excellent improvisers, and overall they should have the companies interests in their minds at all times.
Hire people who actually like what they do.
You can teach skills very easily, but you cannot quite teach passion.

not enough to make a noticeable difference by the time her reunion arrives. She wonders if it's possible to include her friends in her activities so it will be less likely to skip her workouts if somebody is with her.” What do you think is her lifestyle problem area?

Being a mother is never easy. It depends on how many children she has and their ages. It also depends on her diet, exercise, and whether she is a working mother or not. So I am going to guess and say that her main issue is time management. Also, if she is skipping workouts, it means that she doesn't realise the dangers of having a high blood pressure. If her reading is 137/80, then she is rather close to hypertension, which could lead to a heart attack or a stroke.
I would say that she should put a programme for herself that includes a balanced diet low in sodium and fat. Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the best form of exercise for someone trying to lose weight.
*I am only an aspiring doctor and everything I have said is due to research and my own experience with my grandfather and mother's blood pressures, if you actually have problems like this, please consult your doctor.

You discover an island and decide to build your own society. What is the first rule you put into place?

People who cause unncecessary problems will be kicked out.

If you could break any unspoken rule, right now, with no fear of what would happen next, what would you do?

theonlyems’s Profile Photolionessence
There is this unspoken rule where people in the same fandom tend to be afraid of talking to each other in public. Mates, if I am wearing a t-shirt with a band/book/anything that you like too, come and talk to me. I don't bite, promise.

Do you carry a bag when you leave your house? What kind of bag is it?

n11shake’s Profile PhotoShake
Of course! Depends on the ocassion, but most of the time I carry a small-medium sized crossover bag large enough to hold a few paperbacks and with enough room to hold my essentials as well.

So today I won't be asking a hard question because I'm just super tired, but I'm looking for some good Hip-Hop, Trap, EDM, etc songs for my run. So take this question as an opportunity to impress me with the most lit song you have on your playlist

CuriousandQuestioning’s Profile PhotoCuriously Wonder
"Hard question" Mr. Wonder, all the songs in my library are "lit," that's why I downloaded them.
I love how you think I run too. You flatter me, lmao the only running I do is away from what I should be doing. *cries in why amI like this*
Check out Centuries by Fall Out Boy and Wake Me Up by Avicii :)

Should we be in position to save others without their consent?

Physically? Yes. If someone is about to get hit by a car, then save them. But don't kill yourself please.
Emotionally/psychologically? Then it depends on the person, situation, and who you are to that person. For example, I am not going to get mad if one of my family members or friends gives me advice. However, I wouldn't be pleased if a stranger did that, it's none of their business. Though here one needs to exercise emotional intelligence. Strangers usually help others when they have been through the same thing or know someone who has. Though, of course, "stranger danger" must be kept in mind. If you feel the situation is getting out of hand, I would say help them without their consent.
Just don't get a therapist without consulting the other party. That's just harsh.

Thing about these matters is that you can endlessly debate them but still you'll just reach no conclusion that will satisfy all parties

CuriousandQuestioning’s Profile PhotoCuriously Wonder
Exactly. Though it is very fun to talk about. Albeit frustrating, but entertaining at the same time. Thak you for the question Mr. Wonder. :)

At least that's what the movies say. And my first language is Urdu, what's yours?

I guess so. URDU IS SUCH A PRETTY LANGAUGE!! Mine is Arabic :)
