I haven't. Though the first thing I would do is go to the front desk of the building the car was parked in and ask the receptionist to call the owner of the car over the speaker by describing the car's colour and type. After the parent(s) arrive I will tell them that they're risking their children's health and they should have left the window open or, better, taken the child with them.
The number 13 is generally pretty well known as being 'unlucky' & some building owners go out of their way to avoid it. Have you ever been in a building that didn't have a 13th floor (but had a 12th & 14th)? A hotel with no room 13? Do you have any numbers you personally consider lucky or unlucky?
I don't understand how numbers can be "lucky" or "unlucky." I have never been to a hotel that didn't have a 13th floor or a 13th room. It's pretty stupid if you ask me. Numbers are just numbers. They can't dictate fortune or misfortune.
I’m that pitiful girl who is asking her lover to stay after shamelessly cheating and lying to him.
Pitiful indeed. But why?

In South Africa Blacks sing a song called "kill the boers" boers are White South Africans, do you think that's racist?
I looked this up. The song was sung long ago when Dutch settlers came to South Africa. The song is meant to show the struggle of the South Africans during that time.It may sound weird, but the song is a "tradition." An old song that has been sung for the South Africans to remember the times of hardship. While it does sound racist, I don't think it means harm in South Africa today. I don't known what it's like there, but I haven't heard of any white or black hate crimes. The US has so many more and there isn't even a song for it.
