What are you naturally good at?

Music. I can pick up almost any instrument without really trying. I have guitar, bass, piano, drums, trombone, trumpet, tuna, euphonium, and various others.
All things sport. I'm just one of them people that can pick up any sport and be good at it in a short amount of time e.g. anything from tennis, golf, football (soccer for you heathens), to karting, snooker + pool
Bass guitar. I can play most bass lines by ear.. I dont really need to pactice, it just feels like I am "talking" or painting with sounds. Hard to describe.. I really love playing though and it is quite cathartic.
Imitating people's voices, doing cartoon voices, funny foreign accents. For years I thought everybody could do that, and just weren't as afraid of embarrassing themselves as I was.
Annoying people by succeeding at school without putting the effort in. I noticed during university as they would act a bit spiteful when grades were brought up. Now they joke about how far I would go if I applied myself. To bad I'm lazy as Fuck.
Learning to play video games. Somewhat useless as far as life skills go, especially because my ceiling for skill that much above average. But I love it when a new game comes out so I can play online and figure out all the best tactics before anyone else.
I remember when Monday Night Combat came out, I loved that game, but my friends and I were pretty much unbeatable. I ended up getting #1 on the leaderboards for a little while, it’s an amazing feeling that is just impossible to get with older games.
Adapting to any environment, from playing games, sports, social event, academics, work environment, etc. Can fit into any situation and survive. A chameleon if you will. Not trying to boast, it's just a life skill that I try to harness and develop.
For example: a while back I was visiting my hometown and was calling up a good friend that I had not seen in a while. I could immedielty tell that something was bothering him just by the way he said "Hello" when answering the phone. I asked him is he was okay and he told me something to the effect of, "Not my wife, not my brother, sister or my kids could tell that I've been depressed these past few days but within seconds you called me out on it man." and we had a chat about what was getting to him. I can also tell when people are done talking to me, so needless to say I can tell pretty good when it time for me to shut up and let them go.
I've had friends ask me for recommendations in cities I haven't been to in five or ten years. If I can't remember the location of the place I'm recommending off the top of my head, I can go to google maps, find a spot I know I visited, and retrace my steps back to any point in my trip. Even for cities I've only been to for a day, 10 years ago.

What was the meanest thing someone ever said to you?

AdrianaRafaela98’s Profile PhotoAdriianna Rafaella
I started one in junior high and listed some of the hottest girls in school. The gym teacher/football coach's daughter happened to be number four. He found out and drags me into his office. He starts yelling and going on about it being a list of easy girls and asks why his daughter is number four. I just laughed at him and told him it was because she wasn't as hot as the other three. He later became my drivers ed teacher in high school. I didn't get my license until I was 18.
During elementary school a group of kids usually played touch football during recess. Teams were always picked at the start. Well it came down to me as being one of the last people and some kid said "raise your hand if you don't want pagglesnuss to play." Enough people raised there hand for me to die a little inside. Played 4 square for the rest of my elementary school career.
When I was in high school one of my ex boyfriends (who I was friends with after the breakup) called me saggy ass. It confused the shit out of me. How could I have a saggy ass? If my ass was any perkier it would be out of place. That comment still haunts me. Every so often I think about it and have to check it out in the mirror. I'm still so confused...
It truly is near impossible to forgive oneself sometimes. Due to how the human mind works and the often monotonous experience of modern everyday life, so many happenings can cause one to recall past mistakes. I've made more horrible choices in my life then i'd expect any 10 "normal" people to make and it's taken so many long nights of hard suffering reflection to come to the conclusion that the only way one can ever truly be happy is to chose to be. It is so simple for us (everyone) to try to rely on people, events, and all happenings in our lives to be the greatest factor in how we judge ourselves. I don't know you or anything you've gone through but I promise on everything that makes me who I am, that you aren't alone and things can always get better. Be it you are a day away from suicide or just won the lottery, life can always improve. Sorry for such a long response, I've just recently gotten out of a several year long period of pure hell and I honestly believed I would never again smile, let alone feel anything relating happiness. Just have to take it moment by moment, sigh by sigh, and inward reflection by reflection. You mentioned forgiving yourself, but whatever choice you made in the past that now keeps you from peace, I'm sure at the time you had a good reason for making it. The past is just that. Let it be. (sorry again for the long ass reply, you just hit a spot with me. Elementary School was a bad time for me. I was made fun of for no particular reason. Had a lot of bullies pick on me. I could handle them though, just a constant struggle. What really got me down was what my then crush said to me, "I wish you weren't born so that I could stand in line next to [douchebag]." It hurt pretty damn bad to say the least.

When we live together, we're gonna create a list of ridiculous activities to do each year, & cross each item off as we do them. I'm adding the first 2 items... 1) a "special" Cinco de Mayo celebration 2) Going to a Torrey Pines football game & dropping stink bombs in the student section hahaha

These sound like amazing memories to be made AND you’re gonna get me in so much trouble but I am so excited for it 😂

How do you think racism can be stopped?

Educate people. I don't understand how people can dislike someone simply because of their skin. Most of you know I'm a football fan and support Liverpool. We have players from so many different countries. We love our players, it doesn't what they look like or where they are from. We all should think the same. 🙂

I am so sorry that you receive abuse on here. There is no need as you are always lovely and fun to everyone. ☹ Klopp is a genuinely nice guy so I'm glad too. I want to see the Toon do well although obviously not at the expense of Liverpool. The new owners will always make me uncomfortable. 🥰 X

awww ty so much,
think everyone on here gets bad stuff especially women usually from from anons,
I'm cool, I probably invite some of it on so I can't be clutching my pearls
tho I would draw the line on certain things and remarks,
I'm not sure where to go with this but tbh next time I'm home I'll probably go to a game with my dad
he does come across as a nice guy but I'd say Klopp has his nasty side but then most people who get that far in football , probs do

If you could have anything you wanted for dinner tonight, what would it be?

Eating dinner now, in the middle of the fucking night? Do you guys think I'm fucking mental or something?
Jesus Christ!
Besides, I dont have the time because I'm in the middle of a fucking football game with my doll right now. The loser has to clean the apartment for a week, so it's a pretty fucking important game.

What's the funniest dream you've ever had?

Once I had a dream that my friend came over to my house. We were sitting on the couch because we ran out of stuff to do. He asked if I had any ideas. I suggested that we play a game called "Pencil Donkey". He refused because "last time the round took three hours!" I eventually convinced him to play Pencil Donkey. He walked outside with a football (american) and I stood about ten feet away from him. In that moment, I completely forgot how to play Pencil Donkey. Then the details of the dream became a bit fuzzy. I think my friend said something about a deck of cards, even though all he had was a football. Then I saw a giant bee the size of a tissue box. I ran inside, but my friend had no reaction. "Why are you scared? It's just a little bee!"
During some sort of viral epidemic at Costco (people coughing up blood and dropping dead within a few seconds), I fled to my car (apparently dream me can afford such things?) with a hanky over my mouth. As I attempted to flee before the authorities could quanartine the scene, a plain cothes officer who had been in Costco forced me at gun point to let her come with me. I explained that I would not be going home, because I didn't want to infect my family. I wanted to head out of town so I could wait and see if I'd been infected without putting anyone at risk. I didn't want to be quarantined, because that might get me infected. She was cool with it, and we started driving. I took us up on this Dr. Suess looking bridge with lots of sharp curves, and floored it. (At this point real me was feeling panicked, because I knew the car would go off the bridge). I couldn't make the turn, and we flew off. The cop screamed. I reached my hand out and grabbed onto the ledge of a building as we fell past, and told the cop to do the same. The car fell to the road below, and we were standing on the ledge. I grabbed her gun. She said something about "You could have gotten use killed" and I said something like "But I didn't, now come on". Then we took off running. I awoke with a smirk, because the "special effects" of the ledge grab were so awkward. I'm guessing this doesn't seem funny to a reader, but that's because it's the visual side of the dream, not the story, that made it funny.
One I'll remember until I die is that me, my mom, and my grandparents were in a huge city and a small Asian man in a business suit walked up to my grandfather, screamed, "For the sake of my love!" and slapped my grandfather across the face. The man then just sorta blinked out of existence. Laughed myself awake.

Probably nothing, as usual, I guess😕 Hold on, let me go and take a look.
I can... OMG! I can see a big fucking circus truck that has crashed into a tree. There are running around fucking zebras, a couple of fucking monkeys, and two giant giraffes with fucking flames coming out of their asses. Holy shit! Two elephants are catching up to them now. They are all running for their fucking lives towards the supermarket. Oh boy, guess if people will be surprised today.
...oh, hold on a second... There's a cop with a fucking stop sign chasing after them now. Jesus Christ!
Guys, I think I have to log out and run down there and help him out.
Nah, just kidding. Actually, I can't see shit because I have too many fucking football jerseys in the way.

Quel est votre sport favori ?

Soccer!! I used to play soccer SOOO much when I was younger. I have stopped for a really long time though, I almost never play it and it makes me kinda sad. I'm planning on doing something about that once winter ends though. I'm really good at goaltending but I'm sure I'm going to need a lot of practice to regain my skills. I've only recently started getting into watching soccer. I used to watch basketball and have watched hockey all my life though. Love those sports too.
I grew up in Alabama, which has no professional team. The university teams (especially Auburn University & University of Alabama) are the highest level, and I actually like watching them better. Going to a game live is really fun. The cheerleaders actually lead cheers with signs and the "mic man" (male cheerleader who uses a PA so the student section can hear and cheer along). Also, I like the halftime shows better (which they don't show on TV because of music copyrights issues) because I'm a former marching band geek.
Play: Basketball. It's basically the only thing I know how to play at a high enough level. (Too skinny to play football most of my life, hate soccer, too weak to actually play baseball, and chose track & field over playing volleyball.) Plus getting a neat little dopamine rush when scoring a lot or doing really impressive things like defensive stops or pinning someone's layup on the backboard, that's also nice.
It's a sport that's still in it's infancy. We're still figuring out how the hell it's all going to work in the long term. I like following along with a sport as it goes through it's "wild west" phase. It can be a complete shit show sometimes, but it's also a mad crucible where we're figuring what actually works in combat sports.
It's a draw between AFL and basketball. Both to play and watch on tv - I don't really like going to either of the games though. AFL has too much of the crowd screaming at the umpires about what call to make whenever there is a tackle and it's always miraculously the call that will give the home team possession of the ball. Basketball is kind of spoiled by the announcer constantly trying to hype up the crowd. I think tennis is my favourite sport to watch live.
I don't like playing sports or watching them, but if I have to, I'll watch hockey or basketball because they move quickly. Hockey in particular. Watching a full football, soccer, or baseball game is like torture to me. I mean, if we're talking less-conventional sports, I used to be good at archery and skeet shooting. And I'd rather watch some kind of auto racing than any ball-based sport. And there's nothing like taking a nap to a game of golf on a lazy sunday.

Planning on cleaning out my closet and making a few trips to Goodwill at some point. Then I want to level my void elf as high as I can. I have a raid on Saturday night in WoW. I also need to hit the gym a few times, but I prefer going in the morning when it isn't as busy.
My daughter's birthday party is Sunday, so Saturday will be spend furiously and pointlessly "cleaning" the house as my wife demands it. The only people coming over on Sunday are family, and they damned well know we have three kids. I don't get my wife's blind rage over the house looking like people live there.
I slept in, which was AWESOME! I've been getting around 6-7 hours of sleep recently and I got 9 today! As soon as I woke up, my mom told me she had my dinner ready (I work nights, so my breakfast is dinner). I ate that and chilled for two hours, then did my workout (p90x yoga)... and I kicked its ass! Well... it was yesterday's workout, so I still have to do today's workout (which is just stretching). I ate something after my yoga and now I'm letting my food settle, then I'm gonna stretch :) So yeah, great day so far!
When I first moved into my current rental the oven/stovetop/grill unit was dead and we had to wait three months for the landlord to put in a new one. All the microwave food, we did buy a small electric hotplate as well though. Not having a functional kitchen sucks so bad! Nice! May your team win many victories! I have family members who played VFL back in the day but none who could have gone pro. I inherited the Essendon way, whole family goes for one team. I want to work my way through the 'best ever' books too, but money. When it's not during semester I read quite often, used to devour libraries when I was younger and had more free time. I actually broke my rule of no reading until after end of semester exams and started on the Diskworld series. Once I start a good book I NEED to finish it. I have several books for this coming break, but also several video games I need to beat.
I ate cupcakes at the beach with my family. Afterwards, I laced up for my Sunday afternoon run (Australian here!). Then, I sat on the couch and watched the football team I support win in epic fashion! Maybe I'll read tonight before sleeping. It's been a great day!
At around midnight I decided I wanted to drive around some, and I ended up on the road for like 4 hours. Passed through some medium-sized cities. Drove through the University of Maryland campus. Now I'm at home feeling kinda mentally reset, eating leftover Chinese food.
Well, it's only 6:30, but so far I've woken up, gotten dressed, come to work, and worked about 2 hours. I get out at around 4:00 this afternoon, and after that? No idea, go home and eat something, watch a movie and go to sleep?

Have you ever been completely embarrassed by your parents? If you are comfortable feel free to share an example.

When I first started playing football for the seniors an older guy hit me in the head from behind and knocked me down, as the teams walked off at half time my dad grabbed the guy and told he him he was a weak #*$#&# really loudly and he wanted a one on one chat with him after after the game, geez I could have feinted!! Still know one came near me after half time and the bloke bolted right after the game 😂

i think men r dumb because they use(waste) their memory to store entire statistics of football games and their commentaries verbatim. having said that ,i have a whole notebook dedicated to herbal tea and know an unnecessary amount of herbal tea facts like how menthol present naturally in peppermint (tea) is also synthetically produced to be used in prickly heat powder because menthol is *literally* cool. it tricks ur brain into feel cold. how cool is that maybe its not but next time u r boiling in sun just take a peppermint tea shower

Which sport is the most exciting to watch?

iWillSpamYouAsk’s Profile PhotoSpam Ask
Not even that big a hockey fan, but I've been to my share of NHL games, and hockey live is fucking amazing. There are fights, real bloody, teeth getting knocked out, feelings gettin hurt fights. And the players have to sit in timeout in a glass cube if they get a penalty and all the fans are drunk and fuck with them. And you can actually see the puck in person vs tv where it's hard to follow. Theres a damn Zamboni between periods and the sound of the players skates on the fresh ice is very satisfying. Only downside is if 1 player scores three goals, it's a hat trick and everybody throws their hat on the ice. What if I like my hat wtf
Almost all major sports will get tie d for most entertaining. But as a non-American,I never understood some American sports having 15 minutes of action and 30 minutes of nothing. Some people might get triggered because the OP asked for real sports, but high level Dota 2(esports) has given me the most chills out of any other thing I've watched. And the longer the game goes, the better it gets.
Baseball is awesome to watch. All you need to do is put some money down on the game and you'll be glued to your tv. Not even a significant amount of money, you can throw $1 down and just having that little bit of investment to actually watch the game makes it a great afternoon.
Average Game time for the 2017 Boston Red Sox was 3:20. While around 15 minutes higher than league average, not really that close to 4-5 hour range. They did have 16 games over 4 hours, so about 10 percent. Of those 3 were over 5 hours, and 2 of those over 6 hours(6:00 and 6:05). So there do tend to be some longer games, because there is technically no timer on the game, but they are fairly rare.
That's the beauty of it -- you can invest as much or as little time as you want into it. Football fans (and I love football, too) have only that once-a-week window to drink an inappropriate amount of beer and curse the tv. Baseball fans can do it pretty much solidly for an entire 6 months.
Redzone NFL Football. Used to be the regular single game at a time but I got super spoiled by seeing every single score, highlights as they happen live, and basically the most exciting thing going on in any given game for 3 hours straight.
Cricket. Like most sports, it's almost impossible to enjoy unless you grow up watching it, but for me, there's nothing better than watching one of the worlds best batsmen duck under a potentially lethal ball delivered from one of the worlds quickest bowlers. My second choice is the Tour de France. There aren't many sports where you see a group of people push themselves to breaking point, and are able to watch them drop out one by one as they reach their physical limit. It only happens a few days each year, on the high mountain climbs, but it's an extraordinary and harsh test of endurance. The mountains seperate the contenders like no other element of any other sport.

That's not football thats soccer

Sorry no this is football. The official name of Liverpool is Liverpool Football Club. The players are officially called footballers. They kick around the pitch a football. ⚽️ The governing body that over sees the game in England is called The FA (The Football Association) In Europe the game is governed by UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) and globally it is FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association). The game is football. I know in the USA they call it soccer but literally no one here or in most countries is it called that. 🙂
