What do you think the punishment should be for a women who has an abortion ? Assuming of course it is illegal and she survives the execution procedure.

Other than to save the life of the mother, they shall all be illegal.

Sure, some people sometimes gets screwed, but on the aggregate it's as close to actual justice as you're going to get anywhere else in the world. Even then, those that DO get skewed just tend to lack initiative.

That aside, you clearly do take it for granted. Try living in 99% of the world, the government and/or people/entities with more money than you will destroy you in every legal scenario. Only in America is that not the case.

I hate to tell ya this, buddy, but it's the case here, too. Ask the lady out in Oregon whose house and life savings are being taken by the government because she didn't want to bake a gay wedding cake. Ask anybody who's ever had to defend themselves from an IRS audit. Ask anybody who's simply had thousands of their hard-earned dollars jacked by the cops through civil forfeiture laws and tried to get it back in court. Examples abound. People with more money than you - perhaps most importantly, the government - can afford the unlimited time of lawyers who make more in a month than you do in a year, and can sit back and giggle while you go broke trying to pay Jacoby & Myers to defend you.
This is the real world, not some Glenn Beck fantasy of Americafuckyeah.

Nobody can say either way really, it's too large of a variable. Though I will say, Jefferson, Washington, Adams and the like obviously did something right. People all too easily take for granted the quality of our judicial system.

You mean the judicial system that legalized abortion by fiat and is responsible for 53 million dead children? The one that's been the sword and shield of Cultural Marxism for 60 years in this country by legislating from the bench? Fuck this judicial system.

Also, without hitler, it's reasonable to assume Western Europe never would have shifted as far left politically as it has. The negative effects of the third reich have been used time and time again to justify far-left sentiment. Without that to fall back on, leftists would have no metaphorical base.

You say women shouldn't have short hair. But how short is "short"? And how long is too long? Because thick hair that only goes to the neck can still look good, while hair that nearly reaches the floor is excessive and ugly.

It's not a matter of what looks good, it's a matter of propriety. Stop thinking like a Modern.
