Should a man be punished if his private vices are revealed not by his own hand, but by the indiscretion of another?

That's a difficult situation. The best way to deal with that is extreme shunning of those who reveal the private vices of others. That seems to generally work pretty well. Let's remember that Oscar Wilde's private vices were not publicly revealed by anyone, even though basically everyone in London society knew about him. Even the Marquess of Queensbury leveled his accusation only on a private calling card. It was only when Lord Oscar made the mistake of bringing a lawsuit for libel that his sexuality became public.
Once revealed, yes, some punishment must be handed out, because it can't *not* be. But it should be as light as possible. For example, those discovered should be given a chance to go to rehab of some sort instead of facing other punishments.
It's not a perfect solution, but sometimes no perfect solution is available.

What is the bellybutton for and why is it so yucky?

Simple - they're not yucky, and they give pretty girls a place to put their navel piercings, which (I don't care what anybody says) are hella cute.

Do beautiful women from the past who are now deceased count as 3DPD? After all, their beauty only exists in photographs or paintings now.

What do you think of this? https://storify.com/weev/the-meltdown-of-mikeanissimov

That's pretty lulzworthy. I love being lectured about not being brutal, heroic, or pro-white enough by someone whose entire street cred is based on having gone to jail once for computer hacking, whose most heroic and brutal act has been to heroically and brutally rat out his ex-girlfriend's secrets to a homosexual Gamergater, and who is so dedicated to fighting for the pro-white cause that he ran away and moved to an Arab country. Cool story, bro. Tell it to someone else.

In this day and age, would showing The Strictures upon the Declaration Dec of Independence to students be a good thing/worth it despite being seen as treasonous in the eyes of the establishment ?

Oh, you mean Hutchinson's rebuttal? Yeah, definitely.

Is neofolk reactionary/anti-modernist music?

Probably. I'm not really a music kind of guy, so I've never heard any.

Among peak oilers there is a tendency to conflate the shitiness of their own lives with how bad the modern oil-guzzling world is. Some peak oil bloggers are well aware of this. Do you think the NRx and you personally are prone to the same?

I don't know what you're talking about. I'm dirt-poor and I poke a fair amount of fun at myself, but the truth is, I'm perfectly happy with how things are in my life. I have freedom, I live by my own rules, I have plenty of time to write and read and study. I could use a new cell phone (donations gratefully accepted) but other than that, I have everything I want and then some.

Is kuroki Tomoko Waifu material?

Maybe it's my age, but I think of her more as musume material. I just want to hug her and tell her not to worry - when you're 40, everything will be okay and you'll laugh about all the things that happened when you were 15.

Did you have a favorite pro wrestler as a kid?

I didn't get into wrestling until I was almost 30. But as for classic 80s wrestlers, you can't do better than Macho Man.

Re: book-writing: You could always go into fiction. Few writers wake up each day with a million ideas just burning in their head, but still manage to publish good stories. And with today's opportunities for self-publishing... Why not give it a shot?

Maybe someday I will.

Game of Thrones is a show for teens totally influenced by germanic and rpg mythology. People who like it usually don't make sex.

http://ask.fm/antidem/answer/129203364801 And isn't the whole point of this reactionary business to produce long-term happiness and stability in the population? Will people really put up with the government disappearing their neighbours one after the other?

You can't have long-term happiness and stability if you let a fanatical utopian cult destroy your civilization from the inside.

http://ask.fm/antidem/answer/129200917953 Dude. Internet. These things don't work anymore the way they used to.

You're acting like governments don't have any way to control what people in their country can see on the internet. They do: see China and Iran.
Besides which, though the internet is resistant to censorship using one method (i.e. keeping memes from spreading), it is very easy, using the internet, to do censorship via another method (i.e. finding out who said something, going over to their place in the middle of the night, breaking down their door, putting a black bag over their head, and dragging them away into the darkness never to be seen again). Since I have no problem with that second method (the chilling effects alone should be able to keep most dissenters quiet), I'm reasonably confident that I can keep most dangerous, junk ideas under control online.

Sand Snakes? What? Are you shitting me? Hahahha I bet my life you know the guy. Stop holding something back.

Nope.

Can you give us a reactionary perspective on Puella Magi Madoka Magica?

I'm not sure it needs a reactionary perspective. Not everything needs to be political. That said...
This series does for the Japanese concept of the superhero (which is what magical girls are) what Watchmen did for the western concept of the superhero – and does it every bit as devastatingly effectively. And, as with Watchmen, nothing in the genre will or can ever be the same after this.
Certainly, if I had a daughter, I'd show it to her. It has some very important messages for adolescent girls – be careful what you commit to; consider consequences; don’t throw away tomorrow for temporary happiness today; don’t trust appearances; don’t believe words just because they come out of a pretty face (or a cute cat-being); find out exactly what’s in a contract before you sign it; if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is; don’t assume that everyone else has the same sense of morality that you do; there’s such a thing as being too nice to others; some wishes don’t come true, and often it’s better that they didn’t.

Man, you can't understand any kind of religion branch without Eliade's works. He's the best researcher in this subject. I recommend him.

So... NOT one of the Sand Snakes, then?

Don't you know Mircea Eliade? Has the world gone topsy-turvy?

Is she from Dorne? One of the Sand Snakes?

What do you think on shamanism and Mircea Eliade's works?

Who? What? Is she a character from Game of Thrones?
