What is #tcot?

AsI understand, it's a hastag that stands for "Top Conservatives On Twitter". I use it sometimes when i say something I want conservatives to see, though I no longer consider myself one of them, per se.

Are you contemptuous of the poor?

Up until the 1960s or so, society generally maintained the concept of the deserving poor and the underserving poor. Dickens, who was about as big a bleeding heart as the Victorians had, and who was famous for his sympathetic depictions of the deserving poor, also had in his works plenty of descriptions of the undeserving poor (Fagin and Harold Skimpole, for example), and they were scathing. The description of Skimpole is especially interesting, because one of John Jarndyce's deepest faults is being too kind to him when he doesn't deserve it. Dickens had all the sympathy in the world for the hardworking, decent, and honest people who had been left behind in society, but he had no time for those among the poor who were drunks, layabouts, cadgers, grifters, cutpurses, schnorrers, or stuck in Peter Pan Syndrome. And neither do I.
Similarly, I also believe in the deserving rich and the undeserving rich. Whoever invented the smartphone, for example, deserves to be a billionaire. Those of us who can remember the world before these things understand innumerable ways in which they have made our lives better. And not just we in the First World, either - cell phones have had a huge effect in Africa, allowing for expansions of trade and commerce unthinkable just a few short years ago. To whoever made that happen: You enjoy your Ferrari, your Learjet, and your vacation home in the south of France. Now, as for someone who made themselves a billionaire by pushing digital dollars around in a Wall Street office and crashing the financial systems of whole countries, not so much.

How would you get people off welfare?

By replacing it with a reborn WPA. In order to get benefits, you show up at 6AM, sober, five days a week, ready to work. Full, free day care will be available for any dependent children while you're on the job. The strongest will be put to work rebuilding our infrastructure. Weaker people will paint over graffiti or pick up trash in parks or along highways. The disabled will file papers or answer phone calls in offices. Only those medically certified by a doctor who works for the program to be too severely disabled to work at all will be exempted, with re-evaluations done every six months, by a different doctor.
Work will start at 6AM, and go until 11AM, when a free, nutritious lunch will be provided. After that, people can choose to work an extra four hours for some modest bonus pay, or can attend GED or vocational training at government expense until they can find work on their own. Medical care, including addiction rehab, will be provided to those in the program, or their dependents, so long as they are in good standing. Dormitories - sparse, but clean and humane - will be available for those who have nowhere else to go.
Show up more than once or twice high or drunk, or have more than one or two unexcused absences, or start fights on the job, and you're out of the program. The program is open to citizens only - if you immigrated here, didn't take citizenship, and then washed out in American society, go home. If you leave the program of your own free will, good luck to you, but you'll get not one dime out of the public fisk any other way.

You've mentioned being a fan of Kill la Kill, what do you think of Gurren Lagann, or other Imaishi Hiroyuki shows?

I haven't gotten the chance to see them. Next on my list is Zvezda Plot.

What do you think of Cooking Mama and its spinoffs (Babysitting Mama, Crafting Mama, & Gardening Mama)?

Never played 'em.

Aren't you worried that if we copy the left's tactics we will simply become the new left? After all, reaction is order, progress is entropy.

No more than I'd be worried that if I used 3rd generation fast maneuver warfare, I'd become a National Socialist.

If you could choose one person to become absolute king or CEO of America, who would you choose?

A soft-spoken, unassuming farmer who didn't want the job.

What do you think of Adolf Hitler?

That dude sure did get upset about getting his Xbox Live account suspended.

Why are you so obsessed with leftists?

Only because they're destroying all of the faith and traditions I cherish, and destroying my civilization. Other than that, it must be some kind of personal flaw with me.

How do you feel about the fact that anime often portrays women in masculine roles (most obviously by making them equivalent fighters to men)?

Anime is a medium, not a story, or even a genre. Asking what I think of anime doing that is almost like asking what I think of books doing that. I generally avoid ones that do (except for Kill La Kill, but, y'know... Dat Satsuki). I wouldn't give up on anime as a medium because of the existence of some that I object to any ore than I'd give up on books for the same reason.

Master Antidem, please tell me, what must I do to achieve dark enlightenment?

Don't quit your day job to start writing comedy.

So, what's the plan? I mean, if we're just waiting for a great leader to arise from the ashes and save us from our the decadence of democracy, how does writing anonymous tweets and articles from a neoreactionary viewpoint help?

How did Marx and Engels sitting in the British Library and writing political/economic tracts help world leftism?

How do you reconcile your antipathy of consumerism with your apparent love of anime merchandise?

I don't have all that much merch. Can't afford it.

How would you deal with left-wing agitators?

I'd correct them humanely by use of honest labor in remote work camps.

Which anime characters do you think are good examples of reactionaries in anime?

All of the Imperials in Legend of Galactic Heroes. Satsuki Kiryuuin from Kill La Kill. Much of the cast of Rose of Versailles. Princess Alura from Voltron. Shinku from Rozen Maiden. Mina from Dance in the Vampire Bund. Petrarca from Outbreak Company. Belldandy and Mizuho Kazami, in a sense, because of their retro-femininity, an you could throw the cast of Aria in there as well, on the same grounds.
