They can co-exist, they'll always be a little antagonistic towards each other, but it won't always result in a fight to the death unless the chieftain is particularly bad at managing them or the two priests are particularly argumentative sorts.

Depends on their degree of control over their transformations. With no control they turn into a particularly large and vicious example of the animal, with more control they can assume a wider range of shapes between their human and animal form, including the ever popular giant bipedal wolfman.

Kobolds are a thing, tiny and vindictive subterranean fae, apparently the dwarves hate them because they like stalking mines. Ur's never heard of gnolls, but who knows.
As for types of lycanthrope, there's literally dozens, some strains are far rarer than others, but at the very least Ku'zag has mentioned werewolves, werecats, werebears, weresnakes, wererats, werevultures and weresharks to Ur'shal in the past.
