Eating disorders never end?:o

Well, they do.
But I actually read this article, that kinda says, women who have had anorexia like ten years ago still show random signs.
Basically, it messes you up. And if you're lucky enough to get on track before it fucks you up, good for you.
I'm pretty much okay now that I'm over it, but I still find myself sometimes really iffy about eating some foods or eating too much. Just kinda a bad habit, i guess.

What stress reliving techniques did you use to do?

Well in the question this is pertaining to, I mean, healthy stuff.
I'd go talk out my worries and thoughts to my close friends, mom, or boyfriend.
I'd go for a walk while listening to my favourite music.
I write and sing and dance when I'm stressed to make me feel better.
Stuff like that.

I'm getting fat? Like I don't understand.. I eat healthy but my tummy is starting to stick out n like i gotz skinny arms and legs but its just my stomach :( and idk what to do..what do i do?

Do crunches and sit ups and look up foods that are good for keeping your stomach slim.
Watch out for eating too much sugary stuff too. Drinking a lot of soda will do that to you.

How do I love myself?..

1) Stop looking for everything negative in yourself.
2) Don't decline compliments.
3) Find what you like about yourself.
4) Focus on those things.
5) Change things about yourself if it'll make you happy. (i.e. work out if you're unhappy with your body. The progress will make you ecstatic. Cut/colour your hair if you think it'd look better that way. I've done that!)
6) Smile at yourself in the mirror once in a while.
7) Tell yourself you're beautiful.
8) If someone compliments you, try to see it.
9) Appreciate all the good you do/have done.
10) Just tell yourself you're a wonderful person and tell yourself, "I love you."
