So, i recently cut my hair into a very short pixie cut due to the damage from my scene phase. Now I feel super self conscious, unfeminine, and i feel like everyone is laughing at me behind my back. I'm growing it out, and it's not staying like this. How do I get confidence and embrace it?

well, acknowledge that it'll definitely grow back, and as it grows, style it however you want!
since it's short, cut it, dye it, or anything that'll make you feel better.
change your makeup style? try something new?
maybe you'll get more use to it soon!

How to get motivated in life? I don't feel like doing shit. I don't care much and I just want to sit around and not do anything. Getting kind of depressed. How do you motivate yourself?

by starting to do stuff.
once you start, you often want to do it again or can get the power to do it again.
start small.
try some new things.
have a goal.

i can't think of anything physical, because my pain tolerance is high and i've never been that badly hurt. i guess hit with a cord.

My best friend is dating my crush (she's well aware that I've liked him for 2 years) and so I kinda don't want to hang around her because all this negative energy from her isn't good for my health. I tried breaking off the friendship, but she tells me she'll kill hrself if I leave. Wht do I do?

don't stay in a position where you're uncomfortable because of someone's immature threats.
tell a school counselor she threatened it, or her parents.
you're never forced to do anything you don't want to or be associated with someone you aren't.
