I feel you dude. Set an alarm for a time to workout every day. Alarms help a lot. Just avoid eating junky snacks to start off with. Ask if you can go grocery shopping when your parents/whoever go so you can pick up some fruits/healthy snacks/etc

Fits things first, it's okay if they don't work out. Long distance relationships can be really hard and stressful. It's hard not having the physical contact, because that can help so many problems.
I don't like LDR. I've never had good luck with them. I'd say trust and conversation is a must. Make time for phone calls/face timing.
