Hey:) Im a lesbian and my dad always makes jokes about gay people. I'm really scared of coming out, any advise?:)

Well, don't come out to him right away. Tell close friends & people you know wont judge him. And then casually mention it, or something about lesbians. Don't tell him straight away, just see how he reacts to them.
All in all, i'm sure he won't think any differently of you. He may say it's a phase, like my dad did, but dont worry about it! (:

How do i gain self confidence?

Gain of perspective and attitude.
Stop caring about people's petty insults.
Do what makes you comfortable & feel best about yourself.
Tell yourself you can do these things & you are beautiful.
Look at all the good in yourself, acknowledge it, don't deny it.

Do you know any good ways to lose weight? Or exercises?:)

Well, contrary to popular belief, not eating doesn't necessarily make you lose weight. Well, it does, but it consumes your tissue as well, which makes you unhealthier than before!
Honestly, if you have healthy meals, with protein, fiber, & lots lots lots of fruits & vegetables, it helps so much. Replace soda with water a lot, and replace candy bars with granola bars. Just eat healthier, and set an alarm to do exercises! I do sit-ups, and dance. Dancing is actually one of the most beneficial exercises, because it targets almost everything!

whenever i have access to a computer with wifi that works.
Mine's broke, so i cant upload things for some reason.
But I think Taylor's coming over this weekend, so I can then.

Well, at first, and sometimes, you don't really notice them.
Then, most of the time, you just have this massive wedgie. So, they're generally not that comfortable.
But they're hot, so it's okay.
