Well we had plans to go to the movies yesterday, so Sunday I night I asked if we were still going. He said that his phone was having "bug problems" and he forgot that it was his moms birthday. After a few messages I told him "goodnight" and he didn't even respond to that

It does sound kinda suspicious.
just text him once more and ask about his phone.
then leave it to him to reply after that/make convo

Hi, so I need advice me and this guy were talking for a week. He called me DAILY telling me how beatiful I was, and that his wanted me in his future for a long time. Sunday we met in person. He walked me home from work at night, and we kissed/ made out. It is now Tuesday and he hasent texted/called

Id say text/call him once or so.

So uh...what would you do if you were away from your boyfriend (like out of the country) for five months, and your internet sucked so you were unable to keep in touch with him unless you were lucky?

well it's pretty much like taking a break, right? you could make it an official break. or just wait it out, if he's super important. for me, it'd depend on how strong the relationship was.
