how long does it take to start noticing changes? and how many situps and crunches do you do when you exercise? and is it bad to exercise in the morning and night (in the same day) .sorry.

honestly, it takes a fair amount of time, like a few months.
I do 50 situps & 100 crunches (with a small break).
And no, I don't think it's bad to do it both at day and at night.

I mostly just walk and dance.
When I was really worried about my stomach, I'd do situos and crunches. Just limit your intake of sugary foods/drinks, walk or run sometimes, and do crunches every night.
But honestly, the less you worry about having a perfectly flat stomach, the better off you are. It's good o want to be fit though.

Then theres the middle i guess you could call it. Just what i imagine 'normal' people would feel like. Sorry for making it so long i did try to shorten it but it was hard to shorten (3)

If you have BPD, there is no middle.
The phases last for days, weeks, and more at a time.
and it's not just going from being really happy and energetic to really sad and suicidal.
and the manic phase isnt all entirely positive. it can be just as bad.
look up all the symptoms.

depressed i want to be left alone. I want everyone the disappear.I dont want to go anywhere, do anything or see anyone. No matter what it is school, with friends, exercise ect I can't enjoy anything because such little things annoy me. i think negatively and i cant control it.thinking of suicide(2)

It's confusing Well the mania part of it is awesome. I mean i have tons of energy and become optimistic. I'm all over the place and during conversation and talk very fast and change topics so it's hard to keep up. Without the highs of mania i dont think i could deal with the lows (1)

BPD isn't just mood swings. And the manic/depression phases can last days, even weeks at a time, or more. It isn't just being really happy and suddenly becoming really sad. It interferes with daily life..
