my sister cut off all contact with me in February. I miss her so much and it's ruining my life. even though i know i did everything for her it's killing me to know that she doesn't care about me anymore. i don't want to upset my parents by bringing it up but i need to get it out.

Theres no shame in telling your parents it upsets you. I would.
Having a family member cut you off is a very hard thing to deal with
