honestly, you are the only one who can save yourself.
you make the decision (or not) to harm yourself or take your life.
with that said, i do believe music can definitely make people feel better though. it helped me through some of my darker times and i can say i'm not sure where i would be without it, but at the same time, the band isn't what makes you or keeps you from putting a blade on your body or swallowing pills.
