how do you cheer yourself up? I'm just really upset rn, and you seem to cheer people up a lot.. how do you do it..

Im actually pretty upset right now too!
personally, when im upset, i make sure i dont just sit there and do nothing but dwell on the problem. i get up and do something til i feel better or my mind is off of it. if possible, i'll go hang out with friends or family. other than that, i'll read, write, sing, draw, cook, eat, dance, watch my favourite show, walk around, etc.

Do you realizing that hating your life because of one person is silly?
Do you realize how much beauty there is in the world? How many good things there are? How many opportunities?
If this girl means a lot to you and it's meant to be, then it'll all work out. If it's stressing you out too much, maybe you should end it.
