What causes you to panic?

When Evan is somewhere, then doesn't text me for a few hours. Or says he'll only be gone a little while, and it stretches into hours. I worry about him too much /.\

No. No I do not agree. I think a lot of young girls have been trained to think he's hot, but he is not. And his personality makes it that much worse.

I'm having the worst time with jealousy & feeling less than. I'm newly sober. When I'm not at work I sleep all day and I feel like I'm not going anywhere in life. I feel like I've truly taken out all my feelings of less than on my poor boyfriend & I think the guilt causes my depression. Any advice?

sounds likes your depression goes beyond guilt, if all you sleep a lot, not do much, have problems with alcohol/drugs/etc, and have those kind of thoughts. A person can tend, honestly, to put themselves into that kind of low state, of just doing nothing, and making it a habit.
And jealousy is nearly a constant thing for everyone, don't feel bad about being jealous.
And if you realize you're taking stuff out on your boyfriend, maybe you can prevent it somewhat. Have some deep talks with him, tell him about this stuff, but try not to get overly angry or irrational.
And instead of sleeping all day, sleep a healthy amount, and then go make yourself do something. Exercising is a great option. Turn up some of your favourite music, and exercise! Find a hobby, and do that! Write, read, sew, whatever suits your fancy.
