Sick of my step mom laughing and mocking me about my failures in life like quitting my job which isn't exactly a fail. Especially when she's been unemployed for 13 years. I don't care but it still gets to me. How to handle it better? Hopefully your dad isn't like that with you

Part 2: because whenever I tell someone the bands that I like, they say I don't look like a person who would like metal bands. Do you think I should try the scene haircut, and if not what can I do to make myself look more "alternative"?

you shouldn't want to change your appearence just because of what others say. you don't have to fit into a type of people. that's silly.
honestly, most 'scene haircuts' aren't just as simple as getting a haircut. most hairdressers will not do it correctly, and most hairstyles like that take a lot of training and time, and your hair will most likely end up fried or not how you want it.
dress differently, do your makeup differently.
only if you actually want.
you dont have to look alternative to like metal music.

Part 1: I've been wanting the "scene" haircut for a while now, but I'm too afraid of what I will look like with it, and like if the hairdresser messes it up. Did your hairdresser get yours perfect the first time or did you have to adjust it? I just want to look more "alternative"

I'm 15 and I barely have any boobs and I'm so insecure about it, people make fun of me, especially guys. I've been told that I'm not a "real" girl and other stupid stuff like that

there isn't a specific figure we are suppose to have.
those people are ridiculous.
boob size doesn't equal womanliness.
my boobs grew more after i was 15, so don't worry, yours most likely will too.
and i just learned to love my not so big boobs, and because of that, people stopped bothering commenting.

age isn't a huge deal, really. or it shouldn't be. (of course, with certain limits).
and you can't make someone fall for you.
it honestly doesn't work that way.

How did it come to be in this day in age that women are expected to be a certain size, and certain weight and have a certain style of hair? Do you have any thoughts on the subject?

throughout history, there have always been standards, they've just changed.
i don't think at the same time though, that we're really expected to be a certain way.
you have your media influencing girls to be thin and have long hair, you have your 'curves = real women' people/campaigns, but my generation is kinda more accepting; it seems more people want to be different.
everyone has a different expectation/standard.

real christianity: God hates the sin, not the people. God openly says in the bible not to Damn people to Hell, because that's not our right to do. The protesters obviously know nothing of "their own" religion. Its so stupid. They make Christianity, and other religions, look bad.
