What should I do about my parents yelling about my grades. I get good grades like A's & B's but my grades have been slipping because I have been really stressed out & my parents are making it worse. I tell them tht I'm stressed out & they say they DONT care & tht I have to work harder. I'm in 9thg
grades become really important in high school & at least it shows your parents care about you doing well. just make sure they see you putting in effort and maybe it'll change their minds.

How do I keep control over my mind? I don't how to explain it but, I feel like other forces are inside of my head and sometimes they pop in thoughts that I don't want. It ranges from them mocking and insulting me to even driving me to insanity. Not quite voices yet but they still fuck with me.

thank you, babe <3 all i can say, is DONT drink soda or really sugary drinks, try to drink A LOT of water, carry around a water bottle all the time. Don't eat real late, that's bad for your digestion. Just be active every day, so a workout routine every day maybe!
