Hola, I wanted to ask that when you start writing a particular story so you write one chapter and upload then write next chapter and upload, you go like that OR you write the whole story first and then starts updating? On wattpad.

i write per chapter and then upload, though i do try to write a few chapters ahead. not the whole story though

i'm not sure :( the bookshop my publisher referred to me (a local bookshop that actually ships abroad) is very inconsistent and honestly so sketchy and weird. :((

sorry for being that person but where do you find the photos for your wattpad covers?? your covers are so pretty i feel i n s p i r e d. thank u (sending chocolate chip cookies??)

i'm following a thread in the wattpad multimedia group where people post good photos and png's that can be used for covers. most of the photos posted there come from tumblr or weheartit. also, i tend to browse for photos at once. like, i save the photos i think i'll use/need in the future so i usually just look at the saved photos i have and choose from those

Ms. Author!! I just wanna ask who's your favorite author and book(local and foreign). And also your favorite book of yours.

i don't really have a favorite. like, there are some good books, and then there are some REALLY GOOD books, and that's mostly how i categorize the books i've read and, consequently, the authors who wrote them, and i don't have favorites because i enjoyed their work in different way for different reasons, which makes it difficult to compare them.
out of all my written works, i'd have to say that my favorite is "unexpectedly," posted under my kierra97 account.
lol kidding that story sucked idon'teverwannareaditagain ahahahahahaha. to answer seriously, i really liked how "no hard feelings" turned out. :)

it wasn't really much!! like, we just took sketchpads and drew on them and they weren't even good drawings hahahahaha luckily for you, my friend literally just sent me a pic of my work back then. i left in her room like, 7 years ago, and she was cleaning up and found it hahahaha

a lot of people know that i write! back in high school i used to handwrite stories in notebooks and my friends from the other class would borrow them, and their friends, whom i didn't know, would borrow them and even regularly ask me whether or not i've "updated" so they could borrow the books again. i even got called to the faculty office one time because i was writing while having class (but this was so unfair because we were having an exercise and i was done answering the problems) and it just wasn't much of a secret back then.
i did, however, become more secretive when i established my persona as "sam madison." very few people know that i've had a book published, and since i'd grown older and become more conscious of the quality of my work, i'd become more uncomfortable with letting people i know irl read my work.

he's very supportive, even though he really isn't much of a reader. it's funny because back then i couldn't really see myself liking someone who doesn't read and/or write but now i'm finding i like this setup better hahahahaha i'm a very competitive person, which is weird because i'm also very insecure at the same time, and if i end up with someone who reads or writes, i'd be so conscious and not at all comfortable about letting him know this side of me hahahahaha

I mean you can always hire a planner then go bridezilla and as long as you don't hand write thank you cards (who thought they were a good idea) then you should be same

or i can just, you know, not get married at all. ;)

how are you?

wow i actually don't know how to answer this question.
i am, at the moment, "okay." as in, i don't feel like locking myself up in my bedroom to cry while turning down any form of social contact with my friends, which i'd been feeling for almost a whole year last year. i am "okay," as in i am on break and i'm home for the summer and i'm well-fed and i can joke around and laugh without forcing myself to.
but i don't feel like i can summarize how i feel into one word. like imagine there are 2 boxes where one is labeled "okay" and the other is labeled "not okay," you would find me in both boxes at the same time. it's difficult for me to explain how i've been feeling for the past year now because i myself have trouble discerning my own feelings.
okay you probably weren't expecting such a lengthy answer. sorry!!

Will you be working in any story anytime soon?

i want so bad to join camp nano but it's june 28 and i still don't know what to work on.
i was supposed to work on a spin off of nhf which will be about sadie and colin, but i am not feeling that starry-eyed, head-in-a-cloud, must-write-this-asap feeling, so it doesn't feel right for me to be writing it.
however, i want to revisit one of the old plots that i had shelved way back when, where the mc is, i think, someone i can relate to more at the moment. i want to treat writing it as some sort of therapy, so i think that if i ever do join camp nanowrimo, i will probably be working on that instead.
