Ooh, parents. They'll get used to it. Maybe just lower her expectations? Like mention people who extend their studies and normalize it? Idk. And I couldn't write much in the last two weeks and it seems like this break will last for more.

When are you going to update that bonus chapter of thh

you mean aside from the one i've already posted? i don't really know. i mean, come on. thh isn't really that high up my priorities. the only reason i even decided to work on that seth pov thing is bc i promised the readers i would and it's been 2 years since then so i really felt bad about it. as for the other bonus chapters, i'm not even sure i'll write them lol

i don't really mind the extra semester. i'm just worrying about how i can tell my mom, because she has absolutely no idea how much i've screwed up (and she isn't used to me screwing up because that's kind of my older brother's job lol).
i haven't been writing much this year up until recently. thought i should try to stock up on some chapters before my hell week/s begin :) what about you????

What type of novels do you read? Any favourites?

i'm literally a ya/teen fic whore like sometimes i get embarrassed bc my friends all seem to have very refined tastes but eh
anyway yeah. ya books, be it sci-fi, fantasy, dystopian or just plain regular romance. recently, i've been getting into ya fantasy books (with kings, queens, the whole lot), so dont be surprised if i suddenly post a book with a similar theme in the near future ;)

some days i wish i can just sleep and wake up with my diploma in hand. the bad thing is that i may have to stay for another semester longer because i'm falling behind by three classes

Yung tipong sobrang ganda ng plot or ng scenes na mga naiisip ko tapos kapag pinuput into words ko na siya then babasahin ko parang di na siya ganun kaganda. Yung mga expectation vs reality na feels. Kaya parang di ko nabibigyan ng justice yung nasaisip ko.

uy wag ka magalala!! a lot of us struggle with this, including yours truly, but you really won't be able to do anything about it other than suck it up and keep going. how about this: try to write a scene out. let it sit for at least an hour, then go back and read it. then, instead of giving up right off the bat, try to pinpoint the things you need to improve on. what works and what doesn't? is it the vocabulary? or maybe the descriptions are lacking.
just try to analyze what you think makes it "bad" so you can find ways to improve on those areas. that's a lot better than just giving up. :)

if you've noticed, all my female characters tend to be unhappy bitches, save for rachel, so she's definitely a favorite. :)

what font do you use for your covers? i've been trying to find out for awhile now (i.e. asking various friends, consultic wesites, etc.), but can never seem to find the answer!

i used neoteric :) (and i actually love it except for the w's, and i had to rasterize and manually erase the overlapping lines bc they didn't look that good to me. you'll know what i mean once you find it hahaha)

though i prefer the story of charlie and rachel the journal chapters are still very captivating. and on the bright side the next chapter will be a 'chapter' (not sure what to call it) plus it doesn't seem fake, i can feel the emotion when i'm reading it (call me crazy or something)

i honestly love writing the college chapters bc rachel is so cute and charlie's always so annoyed but deep inside i'm laughing at his poor soul bc it's slowly getting sucked into rachel's world. and thank you!! that means a lot honestly
