While personal property niya ang phone niya, and therefore she alone decides whether to allow anyone, myself included, to use it or not, to be honest, I'd be a little slighted if she won't allow me to borrow it even for just a few seconds. A million thoughts would be running in my head for sure. I mean, why would she not want me to use her phone even just for a while? Is she actually hiding something?
I do respect her privacy, of course, and I'm never going to ask her to give me access to her social media posts and to all her calls and messages, but I would hope she'd let me borrow her phone once in a while should I need it.

Sobrang sensitive talaga ng mga tao these days. They get offended by the slightest of things. Parang they're waiting for you to make a mistake so they can feel outraged and then go cancel you. Of course, Showtime fans are on a vengeful quest these days what with Vice and his partner getting called out dahil sa suggestive act nila in a recent episode of their noontime show.
While I know mali mag joke about color and appearance, I do remember an episode where si Zombie (the Nigerian guy) mismo nagsimula ng joke na di daw siya makikita kasi walang kuryente and therefore walang ilaw yung bahay ng sinugod nila. Seems the guy knows how not to take himself seriously and that's a cue for his co-hosts to know it's okay to go that route.

That would be a good mindset for the most part. We never know when our time in this world is up, so it's best we do everything we can to live a life that's full and meaningful.

Just because we were unfortunate enough to have been through difficult and undesirable times, and just because we ran into horrid folks, it doesn't mean it's always going to be that way. Let's have a little more faith in life and in people.
