Basically, I just try to smile and shrug things off, look for a way to change the direction of our conversation, or better yet, try and find an excuse to get the heck out of there.

Too much of anything is bad. And if ever it was Leni who won, di naman tayo mag expect ng street parties or any extravagant celebration. Simple thanksgiving lang, and people celebrating within themselves lang not merely for having triumphed against the odds, but more importantly because her win would be considered a victory for the country.

We all know as well that the odds were heavily stacked against Leni's candidacy that those huge crowd turnouts in her rallies became a source of both hope and strength in continuing that very difficult fight.
As for BBM supporters not really celebrating his victory that much, siguro kasi expected na nila mananalo siya, or maybe, just maybe, they're not that enthusiastic in their support to him. Parang yung kilala ko, he was so thrilled to see Leni lose, and not necessarily because BBM won.

Yung popularity ni Digong na carry over to his daughter, tapos nadala na rin kay BBM, even if he was never endorsed by him or was even subjected to his pre-election pa-blind items. At this point din, sirang-sira na anything deemed dilawan (courtesy of Duterte) that people would prefer voting for those that are anti-yellow, especially the ones who are more or less associated with the outgoing president.

I go for both. I think it's absolutely amazing when you could engage in deep conversations with people, and at the same time, get to enjoy small talks with them. Life has so many facets, and it's so dynamic there's no one way of approaching it.

The only time I ever cried while I was showering was the day after my Dad died. When he passed away years ago, I actually only cried twice. One was during the funeral mass service when my niece gave this very emotional talk about her beloved Lolo. The first one, though, happened when I had my morning shower the very next day we lost him. Up until that time I was acting as if I was just ok. Then all of a sudden I just found myself bawling my eyes out, finally letting go of all the emotions I was holding back, reality checking in that we had truly lost him, and he was never coming back again.

Sara initially wanted to be a doctor until she became a lawyer then mayor. her pre law is respiratory therapy. she also plan to finish her term as mayor but fate made her vice president
