What interesting life tip can you share to help save another life from struggling anxiety and depression?
This probably isn't exactly groundbreaking nor is it interesting, but just remember that in life we all have our roads to take, and we each have our own pace so whatever you do, never ever compare yourself to anybody. And never live for anyone's acknowledgement and validation. We don't necessarily need their approval. Just follow your heart and go do what makes you happy.

What is the best trip you ever took and why?
Siguro the one where we went to Dakak. That was fun coz our family was almost complete and we undoubtedly had a grand time there.
Another would be the one were we went to our friend's house in Agusan del Norte. Being college students then we barely had enough money for the trip but hey, we did have tons of fun.
