In our society, guys normally make the first move, and I think that's okay because I believe it should be the guys trying to win the girls' affection. Ladies are a prize catch and the men should be the ones proving themselves worthy of such.
However, I don't see anything wrong with women making the first move especially if the guy seems quite shy and hesitant. As long as it's subtle and not too obvious then it's perfectly okay.

Yung nagsusuka ako buong magdamag na wala na akong mailabas at ang sakit na ng tiyan ko, kulang na lang yung bituka ko mismo isusuka ko. College pa ako that time, and my friends and I had this wild night of drinking after school. I'm not sure if that was the very time I puked inside the jeepney while as well, but I think one of my friends did help me get home that night. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have made it to our door.
