Masakit din mang-iwan lalo na if napilitan ka lang coz it's either the right thing to do or kasi hindi kayo pwede. That is pretty much a very hard sacrifice on your part. However, mas masakit pa rin siguro yung iiwanan ka. Not only will you have to deal with the reality that you've lost the one person you really love, you're also going to have to face questions of unworthiness and inadequacy, and that's going to tear into you very being for quite some time.

I don't think gender has something to do with how jealous a person can be. It really depends on how secure an individual is with himself or herself, and how strong their relationship is. And there are just persons who are naturally the jealous type, I guess.

What is the scariest situation you've ever been to?

I think that time an out of control bus nearly came skidding over to us. My friend and I were about to go home and were waiting for a jeep that summer morning when this bus full of passengers suddenly fell to its side as it tried to make a turn, and went speeding directly towards us. Good thing we had the presence of mind to run quickly away from it. Otherwise we wouldn't be here right now judging by the way it destroyed the waiting shed we were standing in earlier. Our friend, whom we stayed with the night before, even came running from her house towards the crashed vehicle and began crying as passengers frantically clambered out, fearing the worst had happen to us. I guess it wasn't our time yet, though, and we certainly have the good Lord to thank for keeping us safe that very moment.

Maybe we can be badly smitten by someone's charms and be captivated their natural beauty, but as romantic the idea of falling in love at first sight is, I think that's really just mere infatuation. True love is learning more about the person and accepting who she truly is. It's about sharing her dreams and supporting her decisions in life. Love is a choice and a commitment, and is surely more than a strong physical attraction.
