Tao din naman sila eh at may hangganan din. Naghahangad din mga yan ng mababait na amo na parang pamilya rin treatment sa kanila. Sa kapitbahay nga namin, yung ibang katulong nila halos 1 week lang tumatagal.

I believe there's nothing wrong with clinging to things that help keep our hope alive and give us the resolve to continue the fight. May mga shortcomings lang talaga sa campaign ng Kakampinks, at may mga lessons to be learned if we were to do better next time. Ewan nga lang paano ma overcome yung pagiging bulag at panatiko ng mga tao. Forever ganito na lang ata ang Pinas. Tsk. Tsk. Uy, who would have thought may forever pa rin pala. 😹

Yep, meron but mostly di ganun eh. I wouldn't say mababaw sila kasi yung topics about love and crushes innate yan sa pagiging teen. Naging teens naman din tayo, di ba? Siguro aabot rin naman yung time na mas magiging politically aware sila. For now, don't mind them na lang if di pa nila feel sumagot sa questions pertaining to politics.

Para talagang namatayan kasi sa elections na yun, what was at stake was the future of our nation. They were hoping and clamoring for genuine change, and people like your kapitbahay would never understand what it was like to have that hope crushed kasi tuluyan na silang nagbubulag-bulagan sa katotohanan.

What do you do to escape reality and take a break from it all?

Read books, listen to music, watch movies and series, and have a drink with friends. They're escapism at its finest.

If he's truly interested in you, he'd want to get to know more of you and your past experiences. He should feel grateful then you're opening up to him. It means you're starting to trust him and warm up to him. As a suitor, he should consider that a good sign as far as his chances with you are concerned.

Wala naman sigurong Kakampink na nag switch to other candidates. Unless they're not true Kakampinks. If you were truly inspired by what Leni's candidacy stood for, I don't think you'd suddenly go for other candidates in spite of the shortcomings of her campaign.
I do agree changes in our approach are needed if we were to have a chance in the future elections. There's certainly a lot of things to be addressed if we were to build on the gains of the 2022 campaign.

Siguro din wag nating awayin at i-antogonize yung mga supporters ni Leni if we are for her din. We can point out the flaws of her campaign without going against them. If naging maayos naman approach mo sa kanila, then I apologize if naging makitid pag-iisip nila.

The fact that we took note of the improvement of Leni's standings in the surveys meant we actually cared and believed in the poll results. We just didn't want to accept it, or we were hoping magbabago rin yun come election day.

Do you like/despise lengthy messages?

It largely depends on how the message is written and if it's interesting enough, I guess. I wouldn't care how lengthy it is if I'm having fun reading it.
