Btw, back in high school, a schoolmate of ours drowned right in front of us. He was taken to a nearby hospital but was eventually pronounced dead. Our Biology field trip had to be cut short, and we all went home earlier than planned still a little shaken by what happened.

At times I tend to stay in my comfort zone because I have fears of failing and because I'm afraid to try. While that usually keeps me safe from being hurt and from suffering disappointments, it also keeps me from growing, from learning, and from possibly achieving things I want for myself.
