Hence, the importance of mandatory ROTC daw. They even argued before that we enjoy so much freedom that it would be nice to bring back the Marcos-style martial law of the past para rin mabalik yung disiplina sa tao. 🙄
While ok naman yung ROTC lalo na if implemented right, they should know that discipline starts at home. And the youth voicing out their opinions doesn't mean they lack discipline. It's actually a sign they're mature and responsible enough to be concerned with what's happening in society. Which is a good thing, by the way.

She still has Angat Buhay, and that's just getting started.

https://twitter.com/rapplerdotcom/status/1552247821172105217?s=20&t=91vKuiIqvkdbx3wMQelD0g baka pati kakilala mo naging apologists na nya or naging crush pa nila

Ito na ata talaga yung tunay na Duterte effect, the corrosion of our values and the degradation of our humanity. Pinipilit gawing tama ang mali, justifying wrongdoings and normalizing them lalo na if pabor dun sa mga sinusupurtahan at ini-idolo nila, and generally failing to see the sanctity of life.
Something must be very wrong with our country when we champion dictators, corrupt officials, and even murderers, hailing them as heroes, while shaming those who fought against tyranny, and invalidating the sacrifices they made for the welfare of the nation.
In any case, mabuti na lang at wala pa naman akong kakilala dito na naging apologist o supporter ng gunman ng recent Ateneo shooting incident. They know siguro that no matter where we look at it, what he did was truly wrong, and no reason will ever suffice to justify such a ruthless and evil action.

Did you ever think that clowns were creepy?

At times I do find clowns creepy as hell. Not the clown below though. 🤘
Did you ever think that clowns were creepy

Hmm... As it turned out, siya yung pumatay at nandamay pa ng iba.

That's the very reason why I don't like watching horror movies din except those that feature zombies and vampires.
Anyway, sa school namin noon may CR daw na pag 5 pm sinasara na at di na pinapagamit kasi bigla daw nag-fa-flush yung isang toilet doon on its own. Sabi2x kasi may nagpakamatay doon noon.

Ako, I seldom connect my trusty old lappy to our TV, and now that we have this Xiaomi TV box, I don't use my own personal account on the YouTube app there just to be safe. 😸
By the way, why does your shoutout seem like it came from your own personal experience? 😸

have you experience paranormal stuff's

hana_kei’s Profile PhotoHana.
I can't really say I've ever experienced anything remotely paranormal. Thank heavens.
The closest thing to that I've witnessed was when we were spending the night at a beach, and the sky just mysteriously lit up for a second or two. It was so bright it was almost like night had become day for an instant there. I really don't know, however, if that can ever be considered paranormal in nature.

Joke lang, of course
Don't despair. There's plenty of fish in the sea. There's more where they come from, and the exciting part is one of them could be the one for you.

Tell me a story.

hellokitkats’s Profile Photo진니
Isang araw...
Parang isang kwentong pampelikula
Parang isang kwentong pampelikula
Ako'y pumayag at pinakilala niya
Ang kanyang kaisa-isang dalaga
Ngunit nang makilala, siya'y tumalikod na
At iniwan akong nakatanga
Tindahan ni Aling Nena
Parang isang kwentong pampelikula
Wala, wala, ah, ah
(Oh, Diyos ko!)
Wala, wala, ahh

during the duterte admin, kailangan pa mag trending bago rumesponde. mabilis rumesponde si bbm pag may sakuna

Dapat lang. Ewan lang if in the past naramdaman din ba yung presence niya in times like these though.

I guess the point there was that engaging in a word war with those that try to ridicule and put down the pink movement is but a waste of time, time that can surely be use more productively. And at least now, they're starting to take action already against those trolls that spread the most malicious of lies and those authorities that engage in red-tagging.

you know vp leni should have explained kung ano talaga meaning ng radical love, madami na misinterpret sya at akala ng iba tutungo na lang pag sinisiraan

Na huwag kaagad susunggab sa away (The context is, it’s easy to engage in debate, but it’s more radical to love. For me, I encourage them to be more loving, to be more understanding. Don’t dive right into a quarrel),” Robredo explained.
Cuneta agreed. She said that for her, radikal magmahal is an appeal to Filipinos to “reach out more” and to counter negativity with positive actions.
So kami, chinannel na lang namin sa iba yung inis namin (I think we’re slowly making progress because everywhere we go, our supporters have been saying, ‘Ma’am, were really annoyed, but we remembered what you said. So we just channeled our energy to somewhere else),” Robredo said.
This rechannelled energy has resulted to various small-scale outreach programs that benefit Filipinos regardless of political leanings.
“So yun yung sinasabi namin na instead makikipag-away kayo, mag-feed the hungry, tutor the children…so sila happy sila that they are doing it (So that’s what we’ve been saying, instead of quarreling with others, go feed the hungry, tutor the children…so they’re happy that they are doing it),” she said.

https://ask.fm/shakirasison/answers/171595393540 ofcourse no one is aware here, the past generation dont understand mental health including those who admire that treatment from the youth

Spare the rod, spoil the child doesn't always mean beating up children para magtanda. Pwede naman i-discipline ang mga bata kasi in a better way that they won't grow traumatized, and that they won't possibly end up taking out the horrors of their past on others.
And yeah, halos walang alam sa mental health yung previous generations, and today nga we are only starting to learn about it. Kaya we're just opening our eyes din on the proper way of bringing up and disciplining children without jeopardizing their mental well-being.

What is bothering is there could be assassination plots against former VP Robredo, but her team will just say: "radikal magmahal, wag patulan mga troll"

I don't think her team is that stupid. Saka may nabasa ako noon they're planning to start suing those who helped spread fake news and disinformation against the former VP, so maybe that radical love they're known for may not be what it used to be anymore. Can't be too careful, though.

I went through ROTC during my college years, at ok naman siya if implemented right. While true yung sa kanta ng Eraserheads na may mga officer na bobo na mahirap i-respeto at di madeny there have been abuses that even resulted in death in the past, I know the program has good intentions naman. Sana lang huwag maulit mga masamang nangyari noon should it be implemented again this time at the senior high school level.
As far as instilling discipline in our youth is concerned, I'm not too sure if that is the solution based on my experience before. Siguro if they improved on the program baka pwede pa. And in any case, discipline starts at home naman.
