I've said this before and I'll say it again, I sometimes find our government and the politics we have both funny and sad. Watching the news, one can't help but smile in amusement and disgust.

I think the kind of world we live in today especially with the advent of social media has something to do with the rise of depression. People feel more pressure to fit in, and their feelings of lonelines and longing are more amplified in the realms of social media.

Mindanao ako pero di ako panatiko. Sad and kinda shocking lang to hear one of my closest friends na okay lang patayin ang adik kasi nga adik naman. Kahit pa daw kapatid niya ang adik, walang problema patayin kasi wala na man daw silbi yun.
What/who keeps you sane?
A bunch of things, actually. One is music. I can't imagine life without it.
Then there's my family. I don't know how I'd be able to go on without their love and support.
I have my friends as well. They're my lifelong companions in the journey and the road that is life.
And last but not the least, there's God. I may not be the most religious person in this world, but I do try and pray, and having faith in Him makes quite a difference.
