If you could change one thing about your family, what would it be?

Like most families, we aren't always together as some of my siblings had either moved away after getting married or they had to work abroad. In fact, there's only my mom, my older brother, and me here currently. Though we don't always get along, I actually miss those days when we were all together here celebrating Christmas. Seeing other families share their Christmas pictures on social media only makes me wish all the more for my own family to be together.
If I could change anything about my family then, it would have to be about the very fact that we're miles away from one another, and that we seldom get to be together. I'd definitely move heaven and heart just so we wouldn't have to live so far apart.

Would you rather be able to breathe underwater or walk in the clouds?

Truly a tough one. I'd love to be able to do both, but if I really had to pick only one, then maybe I'd pick being able to breathe underwater as I love the sea, and I think there's a lot more to do and enjoy down there at the depths of our seas and oceans than merely being up there walking in the clouds. Maybe, if it were actually being to fly and soar, I might make a different choice.

If you could choose a special talent, what would you pick?

Maybe having the creativity and wit to write truly fun, heartwarming, and endearing stories that will both inspire and appeal to people. Or maybe being gifted in art. I know how to draw, but I never did get to really develop this talent I inherited from my late Dad.

Have you ever liked your friend even though he’s gay? What did you do?

I had this friend before. He hadn't come out yet, but it was obvious he was gay because of the way he acts and talks, the way he takes care of his skin and hair, and the fact that he had guy textmates. He was pretty okay actually, and we never treated him any differently. We liked him as our friend, as our barkada, and we difinitely considered him one of us. His greatest talent was making gays in bars suddenly offer us free beer. We were still students then and had to get by each day with limited allowance, so him helping us get free booze was always welcome. Sadly, though, he has since passed on from this world.
