I admit there were times I got offended but I eventually got over it. I guess they just know me pretty well and what matters is they've accepted me for who I am.
I used to be afraid of dogs. You see, we had this dog before who was quite aggressive and had bitten a lot of people. My older brother was really the only one who could approach him. I for one made sure to stay away from him especially everytime he broke free from his leash. Then there were other dogs in our neighborhood who aggressively bark as well so that didn't help. The funny thing was I always wanted to have a dog of my own and was fascinated by movies that feature our canine friends. Eventually, when we had another dog later, I was able to finally conquer that fear. Of course, I still get frightened by aggressive and unfamiliar dogs but I think that's pretty normal for everyone.

Would you rather meet a wolf or a poisonous snake in the wilderness? Why?
A poisonous snake. I could be wrong but I think I would have a better chance of maneuvering away from a snake than I have of running away from a wolf.

Anne's horizons had closed in since the night she had sat there after coming home from Queen's; but if the path set before her feet was to be narrow she knew that flowers of quiet happiness would bloom along it. The joy of sincere work and worthy aspiration and congenial friendship were to be hers; nothing could rob her of her birthright of fancy or her ideal world of dreams. And there was always the bend in the road! "`God's in his heaven, all's right with the world,'" whispered Anne softly.
