What is life without pain? Could that be good or not?
A life without pain would surely be amazing. Imagine never hurting and just being happy every minute of the day.
However, without experiening pain and without going through difficult times, we will never come to be the kind person of we deserve to be or we can potentially be. Adversary and disappointments mold us and help us grow and be stronger.
Besides, our joys and happiness are a little more sweeter because we also know too well how sadness and misery feels like. We learn to value our highs more having been through the lowest of lows.
However, without experiening pain and without going through difficult times, we will never come to be the kind person of we deserve to be or we can potentially be. Adversary and disappointments mold us and help us grow and be stronger.

Has there anyone who confessed to you that he/she loves you?
Hmm... There was this one girl back in college whom I became really close friends with. She didn't exactly confess directly, but her friends kept asking me if there was another girl I like and had feelings for aside from the one who I was starting to court that time and who eventually became my girlfriend. Later, she started avoiding me altogether, and I found myself wondering if I did something that may have offended or hurt her. Her friends soon told me the reason why steered clear of me, and a few days after, she actually wrote me a letter telling me that she just needed to stay away for a while, and that I need not worry about our friendship.
As time passed, she finally stopped avoiding me, and we started hanging out again like the way we've always done before. A few years later she admitted with a laugh that she actually once fell for me. Come to think about it now, maybe we just spent too much time together then that one of us would have sooner or later developed some weird feelings for the other.
In any case, we're actually able to joke about it now, and I'm happy we've remained good friends even to this very day.

Maybe people should stop following silly trends as well as vloggers or influencers who do stupid and outrageous things just to get views and attention.

I have this friend whom I've never seen or heard from for years, and yet, when we finally met again, it was as if things between us never changed and that we've never ever been apart at all. I guess there are people we just truly connect with.

What matters is we have them in our lives.

Do you like serious people? Or do you prefer to hang around light-hearted people?
Usually, I prefer the company of light-hearted people, but I don't necessarily dismiss those serious types. After all, in the end, it still depends on how I get along with them.
Is there a shortcut to heal?
Unfortunately, there aren't any. There are band-aid solutions that may temporarily make you forget the pain, but true healing requires the help of time.
