If he's truly interested in you, he'd want to get to know more of you and your past experiences. He should feel grateful then you're opening up to him. It means you're starting to trust him and warm up to him. As a suitor, he should consider that a good sign as far as his chances with you are concerned.

I do agree changes in our approach are needed if we were to have a chance in the future elections. There's certainly a lot of things to be addressed if we were to build on the gains of the 2022 campaign.

The fact that we took note of the improvement of Leni's standings in the surveys meant we actually cared and believed in the poll results. We just didn't want to accept it, or we were hoping magbabago rin yun come election day.

Nope, I'll only be making things harder for myself, and in the end, I'll be the one to suffer. It would be better for me then to simply accept the fact that I don't have a chance at her love, and just move on no matter how difficult that may seem.
