Not really. The whole idea is kind of enticing, I know, but it certainly won't be an easy life as well. I mean, I don't know if I could ever endure being completely away from everything, and I'd definitely miss the convenience of modern living.
Siguro, I'd settle na lang sa outskirts of town, or some rural place na accessible pa rin from the city. At least there, I'd get to experience the joy of country living without having to abandon the everyday things I'm already used to.

I think the reason why the first step is always the hardest is because it's at the very beginning of any endeavor that we have our biggest doubts. We get overwhelmed by the seeming enormity of the task ahead, and desperately need all the pushing and encouragement we can get.
Once we get past that first step, however, we realize we can actually get the job done, and we start to gain confidence and have more faith in our abilities. In short, our mindset about our task starts to change once we actually begin to get some work done.

Parang parehas lang naman ang mga babae at mga lalake. Kung sila ang gusto nila mga gwapo, tayo usually hinahanap natin magaganda naman kahit pa alam natin na way out of our league na yung nagugustuhan natin. Saka every girl deserves the best, and if yun yung best for her, at least at that point, then we don't have the right to question her choice.

Ako, may nagrecruit sa akin na sumali ng isang fraternity noong college. Tempted ako na sumali noon kasi transferee ako, and I was longing to belong in a group. Somehow di ako natuloy. Buti na lang din kasi I got to meet different people, and we eventually became our own group, and until now we remain the best of friends. The funny thing was ako ang isa sa naging common denominator para maging magkaibigan din mga college friends ko. To think, I'm not really the talkative, outgoing type.

doctors or lawyers man kailangan ng accessible education. it is hard to maintain scholarship there kasi gurang karamihan ng prof. syaka naiintindihan ko bat mataas sila magsingil kasi ang laki ng tuition dyan at books
Oo, napakamahal at napakagastos mag-aral ng medicine at law. Isang reason na rin kaya mahal din services nila, at bihira sa kanila willing mag serve sa mga liblib na lugar, o kun willing man, di rin ata nagtatagal. So if we want to have more doctors, dapat may gawin to make such a course more accessible.

I think we need more doctors especially those who are willing to work and serve in the far-flung provinces. Our public health care system isn't the most ideal, and it certainly needs all the help it can get.

I don't know how inspiring that is if you only hear about people's failures. Wouldn't that only make us feel like giving up since we'll think we'll also be doomed to fail like so many people do?
For the world to feel more relating, real, inspiring, and secure, I think it's important that we still share our wins and successes, but at the same time share our struggles and failures as well. That way, people can relate to our difficulties, and at the same time find both the courage and the hope to forge on from our eventual breakthroughs.
