9' long polo wraps will be good for a big horse, do they make bigger ones, or there is only 9' for every horse (not ponies)?

You'd have to check the specific lengths that different brands offer but im pretty sure 9' is a pretty standard size that most brands use for horse sized polos. Polos are pretty adjustable so one size should work for most horses between 15hh - 17hh.

What age do you think is the youngest that someone should get a horse?

Well if you have horsey parents you could really get a horse at any age. If you don't and you have to pay for everything yourself id say 16 because then you're old enough to have a real job and steady income for all the monthly expenses. ??

What are 10 things you should know how to do before buying a horse

1. How to ride all the gaits.

4. Basic nutrition.
5. Basic knowledge about tack fit and uses.
6. Understanding of horse behaviour and body language.

There's probably lots more that are important that's just all I could think of off the top of my head.
