Yes really hard, everything we looked at was a grow op or needed to be gutted, the place we got isn't perfect but the house is at least livable ?

How hot does it get where you live? We have a humidity warning and they said it's going to be well past 30 Celsius, in some places even 40 ?
Usually around 30 is the hottest it gets! I would die in 40 degree heat ?

I think just how easily he gets heavy and likes to lean on the bit, but it's kind of more my problem for letting him get like that ?
You said that you wanted a little more than 2.5 acres, how much did you originally want?
I think 5 acres would be a good size, I would take more than that though ?

I have vinyl fence at my property, with horses and it works amazing. It priced out for us to be about the same as wood fencing and it lasts much much longer!!
Yeah I really don't like the idea of having to maintain a wood fence so hopefully we can get vinyl ?? plus rumour likes to eat wood so we would have to put electric everywhere

There's horse fence up right now but I doesn't look very sturdy/attractive. We're hoping to get vinyl around the whole property but we have to price it out, we might just have to get regular wood fence.

You can train pretty much any horse to jump!

All we get on our west coast winters in mission is rain and cold
Yeah it rarely goes below zero, there's usually like a week that is bad for riding but if you have an arena with good drainage it's not totally horrible ?
