What exactly does it mean to get a horse registered? Why would he be good? Do you have to get your horse registered?
Your horse just gets added to the breed registry so you can show in specific breed classes and can charge more money if you ever breed them? I'm not really sure what other benefits there are with registering your horse. Not every horse can be registered. I've never done it before so probably better to ask someone else.

That's not the main reason why I started taking it, but it's definitely worth taking if your periods are bad I never have cramps and never lasts more than 3 days

Rumour gets a combination shot once a year I can't remember what all is in it but every horse should get a tetanus shot and possibly west nile depending on where you live!

Just the stall and runout, sometimes we clean the paddock if we feel like it ?

Probably, part of what you pay for in board is to use the facilities, and if you can never use them because it's too wet then it's a waste of money!

Well if you don't have sex you can't get pregnant so don't worry about it ?
