I used to be in a group with 1 person and we would both jump 2'3-2'6 but then she left and went to another barn. This other girl joined the group in the other girls place and she is at a lower level than me. We went from jumping 2'6 now we are jumping 1ft cross rails every lesson. What should I do?

I don't know! You could just ask your trainer if the new girl can go first and then once it's your turn she could raise the jumps?

Exercise that will she'll slow down my pony After and before the jump? She rushes and gets strong on my hands and then bolts after..

Trot the jump and make her stop after it

I've fallen 6 times in my helmet. It's only 2 years old

Yeah but did you fall and hit your head six times? If you fall and land on your butt then the helmet should be fine ?

Why buy a new helmet if you've fallen in it?

Because even though the helmet may look fine on the outside you can't tell what happened to the inside of it. Even if there is a small crack on the inside the integrity of the helmet will be compromised and won't protect your head as well.

(Con't) And I have told her that if she doesn't want my help she need to get a trainer but she won't even do that and I'm so stuck on what to do without ruining our friendship.

Yeah that's a hard situation. If you tried to give her advice and she won't take it there isn't really much else you can do. Unfortunately some people need to learn things the hard way, even if that means them getting hurt.

I need some advise on a friend who just got her first horse and she is a very beginner rider and super green about dealing with horse. I've tried to help but she takes it like I think she doesn't know anything but really I'm just trying to keep her safe bc is to the point that it's unsafe (con't)

..

I had a show today and the judge told me I was really stiff in like my lower back, hips and arms. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?

I feel like I have all those same problems so I probably won't be very helpful. You might have just been nervous at the show so you were more tense? Make sure you're not holding your breathe without realizing it and try to follow the motion of your horse.
