I don't know if this is in BC also but there's this thing called affordable barns and it's these people that come and set up these really nice barns (your choice on stalls,feed/tack etc) for 20-30k. It would be a cool idea to buy land and build one of those barns!
Oh I've never heard of the before! We've been looking at barnpros and dcbuilding.com which definitely aren't as affordable but pretty reasonably priced
