Well diapers have those tabs at the front that are easy to open and they make your butt look really good in breeches so those are the main reasons.

Hi so the horse I ride cuts in a lot and has a EXTREMELY fast canter do you have any tips? I am also going to start jumping him and he takes off early and jumps way to far out from the jumps AKA takes bad take off points what should I do for that?
Sounds like it's just really unbalanced at the canter, you need a good quality straight canter for the jumps to work out properly, if the horse is strung out it will launch for the long distance. Do lots of transitions and circles to get him off your leg and bending properly, and half halt before he gets too fast so you just keep the canter the same instead of having to bring him back from a fast canter.
