Charles Owen is probably the best quality for not a ton of money. But the Samshield shadow matte is probably the same price as a higher end CO so it's whatever you prefer the look of. -B

Should you always lunge/warm up a horse before riding it? Because im going riding at 6:00am on a trail ride and I don't think the warm up their horses ! And what if the horses bolt off?
It really depends on the horse. Some horses never need to be lunged and just plod along on the trail. Others might be super fresh if they aren't lunged first. I wouldn't worry too much about it. They hopefully know what works best for each horse. ? -B
Were you guys searching for a horse or did you just come across rumour and went from there?
We were looking for a horse to free lease by couldn't find anything, but then we found rumour and he was for sale only so we bought him!
