Enough for the winter and fall? I was going to use the Everest 1200 medium turnout blanket for the winter and then also get it a waterproof neck cover. And the tough one waterproof 1200 turnout sheet for the fall and heavy rain or wind. Do you think that is a good idea? Do you like those blankets?

The tough one blanket actually has more fill in it than the Everest one even though it says it's light weight. But those are essentially the same blanket the tough one has only 10 grams more fill in it. I wouldn't get either of those as a winter blanket but they would be fine for fall! They also might not be the greatest quality for that price but if your horse is easy on blankets it should be fine!

I don't think either of those are heavy enough for winter in Pennsylvania, they say that they are medium weight but they really aren't. You want a blanket with at least 250 grams of fill in it, probably more than that if your horse is clipped!

I have a western horse and I'm trying to teach him to jump but he is neck reined so it looks really weird and when I try to steer him the other way he thinks I'm asking him to stop and he gets confused how should I go about teaching him the other way besides neck reining?

I'm a bit confused why the horse would think you're asking it to stop when you want it to turn even if you are neck reining. Id be surprised if your horse doesn't already understand direct rein aides as that's usually how horses are first taught and neck reining comes afterwards. I would ask a trainer to help teach you so you don't send your horse mixed signals.

How many blankets/sheets do most people have for their horses?

I don't know like 3? All you really need is a cooler a rain sheet and a winter blanket but it sort of depends where you live.

Are you building a barn on your property or just a shelter since you already have the shed for your tack? Is Rumour going to be out 24/7?

Yeah it's probably going to be a two stall shed row or run in sheds so he will be outside 24/7.

When should you use MSM the joint supplement? What age horse should use this on? Should you just give it to them once after the workout or give it to them a couple days after to help them not get sore?

Giving a horse MSM for one day or a couple days after a work out isn't going to do anything. It's something that should be fed daily if you want it to have its full effect. I'd ask a vet if you're not sure if your horse would benefit from it or not.

We can't accept any equestrian brands outside of the network because that would be taking away business from the network. Stuff like best fiends would never join the network so it's kind of different.

It's direct deposit so you have to give them your bank info. They deposit the money once you make over $100.

Tuck your shirt in whenever you want ? I only wear a belt if my shirt is tucked in, socks on top of your breeches, put your half chaps on as soon as you put your paddock boots on

He lives across the street right now, but whenever we get a barn built which will happen hopefully within the next month or two.
