Do you have any half pad recommendations? I don't really want to spend the $ on an Ogilvy but I would consider it

You can't go wrong with Ogilvy or ecogold, also thinline pads are really great but they are also kind of expensive. Basically all good quality half pads are expensive ?

Are you guys showing rumor in hunters or jumpers?

Hunters! We are going to decide if I'm doing the 2'3" or 2'6" classes after the warmup day depending on how fresh Rumour is ?

Do the both of you ever work on the same days/ together?

Yup! We used to work on the same unit too but now we work at different hospitals so we don't work together anymore ?

I ride western as of right now because of a horse-related accident I had earlier in 2015. I enjoy riding English too though ☺ I miss jumping but at least I can still ride.

Are you guys excited for the horse show your going to or nervous?

I feel like I'm not really excited or nervous ? I don't feel like there's very much pressure to do well because it's just a schooling show, I just hope I don't embarrass myself ?

Any tips on keeping a trot during sharp turns? Using more leg and a small tap with a crop usually helps but I don't want to have to do that all the time so if you have any tips I would appreciate it ?

If you have a more active trot in general your horse will be less likely to stop when you make a sharp turn, and try pushing them forward a few strides before the turn! also think about turning more with your legs than your reins!

( I know I'm kinda late on this ). But why do anons feel the need to critisize you so much? Like its your horse and you can do whatever you want. And it's actually good to push your saddlepads up bc it takes some of the pressure off their backs and it allows better airflow. Seriously people stfu!???

I don't know ?? haha yeah I thought pulling your saddle pads up only did good things! Thank you! ?❤️❤️

Do you recommend Ogilvy memory foam half pads just ordered on with grey body turquoise pipping and grey binding and already have a matching saddle pad

Rumour is so pretty and you guys are amazing at riding him? I just recently leased a paint myself and was wondering if you could follow us back on instagram which is PaintedBayy that would be pretty cool ? Keep posting vlogs with Rumour I love every single one!

Thank you! ❤️? I'll definitely check your Instagram!

It bothers me how people keep criticizing you!!!! Like omg she's fine it's there horse they can ride how they want to and she's not even hanging on his mouth. And I shove my pads in the pommel so they aren't flat and tight against their whithers and so the withers can breath god people!!!

Haha thanks ❤unfortunately I'm not a professional rider so I don't ride perfectly pretty much 100% of the time ? gotta love anons, they ride their invisible horses so well ?

I think you look great in your raws! ? a lot of horses need a give and take with reins especially if they are fresh and I don't think you have harsh hands at all! Don't pay attention to anons like that ?

Haha thank you Carla! ??

Inward seriously curious of why you stay in Rumours mouth. In one of your latest raws you were in him mouth quite a lot. I was just curious if he was a strong horse or if you were unintentionally in his mouth

He can get strong when he's fresh like any horse does, I don't "stay in his mouth" though that's quite a general statement to make for 3 seconds of raws, and I'm not sure why anyone would be curious of such a thing it just seems like a very passive aggressive way to point out a fault in my riding??
